yeah it's hard sometimes, because we try to make it as fair as possible - and we talked a bit after the stream - and we basically came down to the conclusion that we just have to set the way we do it, and absolutely go with that way - no matter what. There will always be someone that is unhappy with the method, and we tried to accommodate everyone as fairly as possible for the giveaway.

But we learned a lot, and the next time we do that big of a giveaway, it will be a lot smoother!

so a couple of people have touched on this here and there - best thing you can do is swap out your Wicked Wind rune for Storm Chaser - and yes - even in melee - keep everything else the same...

Right now, it looks like 40% Crit Chance is the number to get to - however, another stat has been creeping up more and more - Attack Speed... If you can get your attack speed approaching 2.0 attacks per seconds - you'll notice this build working like it used to (even to some extend with wicked wind)

The thing with Storm Chaser is that it appears that the proc coefficient of this rune has NOT been reduced - we're not sure if this is working as intended or not - but until we hear otherwise from Blizzard - this is what we can work with. The actual ability of the rune itself goes wasted (since we're not using a primary ability in the basic CM build) but that doesn't matter to us, because we like the higher proc coefficient on Storm Chaser...

And I'll continue to stand by using Teleport with Wormhole - it makes for much faster farming, as well as getting out of bad situations during a fight - and you almost always have it available to work with.

I am currently in the process of farming gear i61-i63, Armor/Weapon/Ammys/Rings - and selling them to you guys! A lot of people are excited by this because of how great some of the new weapons are, and just in general how great the gear in diablo is...

So what's different between my selling it, and other people selling their's?? You can watch me farm this gear LIVE!! No tricks, no hassle, no cheats, no exploits...

But okay... so what?? what's the big deal you ask??

Here's honestly the best part - I'm giving back to you, the viewers, over 90% of the proceeds I get from these items.

There are only a couple of rules:

• Each player may purchase a maximum of 5 items from me per round - at the prices listed above
• You cannot choose the type of item you get, only the ilevel! (i'll try my best to include at least 1 weapon)
• First come First serve & First available First serve for i63 items - Priority to those in Stream!
• Once the goal is reached - I will randomly select 3 people that purchased items from me using Random.org
• Names will be drawn for 3rd, 2nd, and 1st - Must be present in twitch.tv/prostasisx Chat!
• Each of the 3 names I draw has 2 options: 1) Keep the items they purchased from me or 2) Sell those items BACK to me at the prices listed above
• Only three names are drawn (unless the person is not present)!
• Check back frequently to know what nights the names will be selected!

Here's what people continuously seem to forget about the Wizard vs Barbarian problem...

Barbarian still takes an incredibly expensive set of gear in order to pull off the double WW or Chaos builds (the ones that you see Kripp using when he streams) - and of course everyone argues that it's overpowered because you're seeing one of the best barbarians play with it... Even with that said - even with that expensive gear - barbarians still take a TON of damage when they play... Yes it's offset by high AR/VIT/Armor - and yes it's offset with high LoH... However... They're still taking a ton of damage...

Now let's compare a top end Wizard, who is ABUSING this build... They are able to do Act 3, and Pony farming, with 20K HP, 400 AR, and 5K armor using Energy Armor Force Armor, and keeping EVERYTHING PERMAFROZEN... taking... you guessed it... NO DAMAGE...

Sorry... I'm a Critical Mass Wizard - through and through - I farm with it, I love it, I love the playstyle - but there comes a point where this is just broken... And the fact that some of these CM Wizards are not taking ANY damage, means they can go much higher Crit Chance and Damage, and not worry about defensive stats... well... guess what... now you do...

Myself and another streamer I play with, have always told new CM wizards - get your defense up first, and worry about damage second - don't focus on how these other people are playing... get you 1K AR, get your 6K armor, get your 30-40K HP, get your 800+ LoH... get all of your defensive gear first, then focus on the rest... and when you do that, your starting set is NOT THAT EXPENSIVE... and as you continue to farm, and progress, you can slowly start replacing your gear with more expensive gear that also has offensive stats on it as well...

In addition... this is only affecting the proc rates of your TWISTERS... you still have Explosive Blasts! which as you get better/proper gear in general - you'll start to cast more explosive blasts which will now take up a greater portion of your crit production...


It's not a crazy insane OMG GG WE CAN'T PLAY ANYMORE nerf... it's not... it's to hopefully stop these broken builds... guess what guys, as CM wizards, we're going to have to take a couple hits now... so get your Defensive gear out of the stash, shake it out, dust it off, and let's go dungeon crawling

This is definitely going to be a very interesting ordeal - and I think one of the best things Blizzard is doing is NOT nerfing the builds that are going on right now. I do play a double whirlwind barb (just started) and it is absolutely a ton of fun - so having my bash buffed is fantastic - but now we're going to see if these other abilities will allow for some more viable builds besides double WW - I'm just not sure, but I guess we will see.

Re: the 2H vs 1H/Off - I think we're going to start seeing some 2H Whirlwind builds and some other 2h builds - especially since 2H in general are getting a buff in how the damage scales to DoT spells (Run like the wind) - Not to mention, some of these legendaries are insane, and have some incredible procs that will be fantastic for WW barbs...

On the Legendary train now - I think every WW barb will be going for the Firechains and Molten proc legendaries... I mean... hello... fill the room with fire... GG - guess we'll see
