What builds are using CoE at the moment more then wizard? LoN wd is not using it, gen monk is neither. Can't say anything about the other classes since I mainly only play those 3 :P

So even if CoE is strong, it is def not in every build. And I don't see anything wrong with having the top clears use the ring to creat a bit of skillcap

Not completely sure, but think it is the mechanic of barber that does that. Since it stacks up the spirit barrage dmg until you stop channeling, or the mob have taken enough dmg to be dead by the stacked up dmg and then blow up the boss

posted a message on New HC player advice - Thanks!

A good tip for hc is to wait out the cheat death cd when it's been activated. There is no reason to continue pushing forward when it's active unless you're pushing gr or it's safer to go forward then back to either tp out or stay and wait it out.

Don't risk it if you don't get the biscuit! ^^

    Seasonal clan?

Because I haven't found the courage to start season 9 after all my friends started taking extensive vacations from D3.

I'd love to have some more people to play with

Yes, most of us do play season :)

posted a message on 2.4.3 New items and meta

    Quote from Mirssetgo-next

Hey guys, from what i see, the new Faithful Memory and the Barber are really good and they have strong potential.

What about other new items? Can they shake out the meta or atleast be somewhat useful?

Barber will be nerfed/fixed soon. It's just as broken as in pervious ptrs.
Faithful Memory.. I think it will either be nerfed a little or stay as it is. It's just an important buff, but it's not overpowered or broken like Spirit Barrage.
The rest of legendaries are junk. The grenade belt is pretty cool, but in "fun" area. Rabid Strike is useless, Saffron Wrap is useless,

What exactly makes the Barber overpowered/broken, and not Faithful Memory? Last I checked both had done GR100+ solo. I agree that Barber most likely will get nerfed, but if it does, and Faithful Memory stays like it is... Well that is just silly tbh

posted a message on PTR regular rift density/lenght problem
    Quote from Hejterekgo-next

probably its the part of their new denisty thing where they said that GRs should end within 2-4 floors ;p probably normal rifts are shorter now also

If that is the case, then they better fix that. I liked the longer rifts when farming DB. To not being forced to wait the 30s after boss to make new, but to continue until end and get a bunch more elites before waiting those 30s.
I find the current live rift density to be a bit lackluster compared to gr already as is. Since even without looting anything, a rift often takes way longer to complete then a gr of same diff...

posted a message on PTR regular rift density/lenght problem

I did not tested but i sounds good.because in normal rifts there are too much " click maniacs" just pass through the mobs without killing them.their primary goal is to be first in the party. example vaulting dh,turbo wd,wwbarb, telepoting wiz,and ingeom dashing monk.

So the summary of the idea is 1-2 rift level, large ares and high density.

Thing is, from my experience during PTR, is that the rifts are shorter and have pretty bad density. Which means that you either clear 90% or the mobs before reaching the end of rift, to spawn guardian. Or you have to backtrack to find some mobs to kill. Most builds are built around clearing bigger chunks or mobs, not stray. And forcing us to clear almost everything is kind of stupid imo. And with in-geom being as used as it is, going from elite to elite is the playstyle most specs have to use to function properly. And that is not possible with these short rifts :/

posted a message on how about friends trading?
    Quote from mioduasgo-next

Why u blame TRADING for all bad staff like botters in game.
If there is botters, Blizzard should make good system trade, and if its impossible, they should make good gameguard, where bots dont exist, or spend more cash on banwave every 3 days for example.

    Its so hard to understand?
    TRADE=YES
    BOTS=NO

BLIZZARD SHOULD FIGHT WITH BOTTERS, NOT WITH TRADE.

    EOT

It doesn't matter how you put it. Trading will not make the game better!

In a perfect world without bots, trading would still make it so you can buy items for real money... Is this what you want, another p2w game? Last time I checked, those kind of games was frowned upon by most of the gaming community.

So yeah.. Trading is not the solution to anything! Just do as the game want you to do, slay some monsters :D

posted a message on PTR regular rift density/lenght problem

So I've been running a bunch of regular rifts on PTR to try getting the new items ancient, and I've noticed a pattern in a lot of the regular rits. For some reason they are way to short, and I often reach the end without spawning boss (unless I clear the floors really good).

Has someone else noticed this? Or am I alone on this. Feels like the extra mobs in GR have been taken from regular rifts :/ And when you have to backtrack a lot of the rifts to spawn boss is less fun...

posted a message on how about friends trading?

Am I the only one who find it fun to find items my friends need while they are offline and then send a picture of it to them... then making a soul of it :D
Or maybe just keeping it and dropping it in front of them casually ^^

I agree with so many here. Trading would only bring more problems to the game, then it would fix. I remember back when AH was a think, most of my time playing was from using the AH, and not slaying monsters. It was just way more beneficial just buying cheap and selling expensive, then to actually play the game. And this is what some of you guys want back!?

i don't know how they ban ppl, the european known botters still have their accounts, one guy with 440h gameplay time in season what have around 501h now. So 61h sleep in 3 weeks, seems legit, around 3h day xD

you realize you can simply use the allowed Num-Lock auto cast and your char will remain logged in indefinitely?

But what would be the point in doing that while sleeping? I understand using that trick on PTR when they used to have huge ques to get into a game. I used that myself there for that reason. But that never happens on live, so there is no reason to stay in game using num-lock trick.
