i just restarted two weeks ago and i just got to 2.5x aps
Luckily a friend found a chantodo for me, but had to rebuy the rest of my gear. I spent less than 700k each(even some under 300k) and can farm mp6 easy. Im dying relatively often on mp7. Here's my profile:
i have blackthorne's jousting mail normally too.
I would suggest looking for similar items, i got them really cheap by bidding in the morning.

you could use a 2h before, still no one did that. For most specs it is inferior by a good chunk. So the situation is still the same, the difference is just smaller. Perhaps you can find a build where it is more effective but i only see that with channeled spells. And while it was even stated as one of the pros by the OP, he didnt use it for a reason in later acts. You need to outgear the content to make it viable.Posted in: Wizard: The Ancient Repositories

tthe problem is that 2handers are still far less efficient as 1h+oh. You loose important stats which can only roll on offhands such as crit and arcane power on crit(from both 1h and offhand). And an archon explosion spec works also wih 1h+oh, so i see no real reason for a 2h here.Posted in: Wizard: The Ancient Repositories

Only in terms of dps. They still differ on the other statsQuote from NacaaCant ilvl 61 and 62 reach the same as 63 now?
And dont forget, that those stats double on 2handers

it will be way easier to farm, especially in groups. So rare item prices will drop by a significant amount soon after the patch

keep in mind that they are buffing mostly underused abilities, so the planned overall damage wont be higher. Buffed legendaries will be rare, so there is only a small damage increase over time as they spread.Posted in: Diablo III General Discussion
The overall damage of any class shoud be mostly the same as before if they dont go over the to on some abilities.

Posted in: Diablo III General DiscussionQuote from ValiantshiroEither I am mistaken, or you guys are not so attentive. Blizz said that unidentified items will have new stats after 1.0.4. (just don't have a possibility to link a proof here and now).
I.E. I find a legendary and just keep it in my stash. 1.0.4 hits the stage - and - voila - i identify those items and find all-brand-new stuff.
Again, i may have misunderstood something, but it seems so to me. Not sure though if they're going to change it.
no they said the exact opposite but it was poorly written. And it doesnt make sense either. As you perhaps know there is a way to see the stats of unidentified items. That is the case, because items get their stats when it is dropped and not on identification.
So it is not even possible to change it afterwards.

bots are nothing new to this gamePosted in: Diablo III General Discussion

it's true the reflect damage is not working like that, but if you put venom hydra down on an reflect damage mob you can see that there are way more reflect damage ticks compared to the venom dot damage.Posted in: Diablo III General Discussion
It is the same for Life per second and life on hit, it gets combined over the 0,5sec. If you only look at life per sec you can see half of your value healing you every 0,5sec. If you get more hp from life on hit that is getting added up.
I didnt use meteor in a long time and there may be more exceptions.
