Hello fellow Nephalem.
There has cropped up some ideas about making accountwide paragonlevels. I personally don't really care for making it just so you have to level 1 char and then be maxed on all others, but I do however see some use for it.
Lets say that you have some sort of accountlevel that goes up when you gain paragon-exp with your characters. Your account can level from 1-100. Each level gives all characters +3MF and +3GF and in addition to this, each 10 levels you gain a "perk". All this while still maintaining the statboost you get on each character individually for normal paragonleveling (just move the MF/GF bonus away from it).
The perks can for example be:
Lvl. 10: +10% Movementspeed (Does not stack with activated skills or up to a cap).
This movementspeed will for example, stack with the Monks: Fleet Footed but not with the Barbs: Sprint, or let it stack with all skills but up to a cap.
Lvl. 20: +30% More experience gained (does NOT count toward paragonlevels).
Lvl. 30: .
Lvl. 40: +3 pickupradius,
Lvl. 60: An additional +10% Movementspeed (same rules as before)
Lvl 100: Ability to activate "Demonic Wings" (like the red PS3 exclusive ones), +10% Maximum primary resource.
The rate at which you get this accountlevel exp should be slower than the paragonleveling and each Perk should have a quest tied to it. Making it a bit of a challange and the quest should somehow correspond to the perk-bonus.
The perks listed here are just random stuff I made up on the fly and they really need some improving. But I would like to have the MF and GF accountwide for starters. The movementspeed would also be nice since you get kinda bored moving about at the normal pace the 1000th time you play through the game. Pacing is fine during the normal parts of the game.. but when you've done and seen everything and hit the grinding stage you kinda want to ramp it up a bit.
Still.. ALL of the above are kind of useless unless the LOOT gets fixed. But it's a welcome addition that would add even more longelivity to the game aswell as making it more fun to play with other classes beside your "main".

It's legal.. I've been using it alot. Blizzard has even confirmed the legality as long as you play on 4 accounts and, as mentioned before, relay your actions to the other ones. They don't even frown on the use of lootalert in conjunction with isboxer.Posted in: Demon Hunter: The Dreadlands

Hello fellow D3-players!Posted in: Diablo III General Discussion
Yeah, I was too a bit disapointed with the interview. Mostly the lack of anything concrete. But hey, atleast there is something to read between the lines:
They don't want to focus on PvP at the moment because it will take to much time from the PvE development. That basically means that they are working on something heavy in the PvE department. Preferably an expansion with new classes and not to mention a more rewarding lootsystem.
I agree that paragon levels should be account wide in the sense that the passive MF and GF carries over to other chars, but keeping the stat bonuses as they are now.. So you feel some sort of progression while grinding a new char and still reap the rewards of the added MF whilst not playing your p100 chars.
The main problem however is the global accesibilty of items via the AH. Since it makes 99.9999% of all your own loot seem worthless. My view on this is: Narrower statranges on items, specifically legendarys and fewer random rolls on them. Maybe just 1 or 2 random rolls top. That way you can actually farm your own stuff.
Then add the mystic (which will come with the next major patch according to blizz). Let the mystic be a way to improve the items you have and make them accountbound. So you feel that you can progress on your own by actually playing the game instead of just playing the AH. (This has been discussed alot). The pace of these upgrades need to be at a good place thou.. and I guess that the team are working on something along those lines.
And last but not least i would like to promote something that Archon the wizard said in a video some time ago:
Promote OP builds via Legendary items or sets! Or even better.. via runewords with accountbound selffound runes. Give the wizard a legendary that removes cooldown on teleport. Give the monk an item that gives spirit on crit. Give the DH an item that gives Hatred on crit and so on. Less cooldowns and more OP spam is what makes builds fun. Regulate the DMG output of those builds by the items required to achieve the desired effect.
It's a PvE game.. Make the grind feel FUN and worthwhile! Slaying demons and doing so in the most rediculous OP ways possible is something that I enjoy alot. Make me feel like a demigod after a couple of 100 hours. Make me feel like a total GOD after a few 100 more. Give me that feeling regardless of the class im playing! If I get bored i'l just try some new build or class because i have probably found the items needed to try something new.

Gloves can roll 300 int and 330vit when crafted:Posted in: Witch Doctor: The Mbwiru Eikura
1: 230 vit roll from recipe
2: 200 Int roll
3: 100 int + 100 vit roll
4: 50% Critdamage
5: 9% Attackspeed
6: 10% Critchance
If you craft INT gloves you can have a pair of 330 int, 100 vit, 80 allres (or an additional 100vit), 50% cd, 9% as, 10%cc.
So craft the ones you are in most need of and hope to get lucky

I've had the most fun with my ww-barb, cm-wiz and cob-wd on mp10. So I would suggest one of those. Most bang for the buck would probably be the barb at entry-level. Pros for gearing up a cm wiz is that you can use most of the items on a cob-wd if you feel like switching it upPosted in: Diablo III General Discussion

My TR monk is hard to beat when it comes to vota cleartime thouPosted in: Demon Hunter: The Dreadlands
I really hope that blizz gives the demonhunter some love in the next patch. I've read a few of the topics with suggestions in these forums and I agree with some of them. The DH needs some sort of "hatred on crit" incorporated in nightstalker aswell.. or in some other form! Just because it uses 2 different skill resource pools compared to the other classes 1. When any other class uses a skill that gives them their primary resource they can use that resource on any skill, making most skills "spammable". The DH is governed to hard by its resources and cooldowns.. but hey, thats just my view.

Tips on fun and effective low MP builds for Demonhunter? And is there any really effective MP10 Build?posted a message onHello fellow nephalem.Posted in: Demon Hunter: The Dreadlands
I'm a seasoned D3 player and I play all classes regulary except for the demonhunter.
The reason for this is that I find it kind of lackin' in the effective dps-department.
The background for this statement is my other characters:
A Barbarian that can run MP10 easily with ww, hota, ww/rend, ww/hota-hybrid.
A Monk that can run MP10 easily with the cookiecutter FoT/Cyclone/Exploding Palm-spec or any form of "bell"-build. I also have fun on lower-mid MPs with my Tempest rush gear.
A Witchdoctor that I can run MP10 easily with Firebats-cloud of bats build. I also have alot of fun running mid MPs with zombiebear build and low MPs with the Acid-armageddon build.
A Wizard that can run MP10 easily with all variations of the CM-build. I also enjoy running mid MPs with Archon and kind of any build on low MP will do.
I have alot of hours of playtime on my demonhunter aswell and i have tried alot of variations on the popular builds. Gear and gold is not really an issue either but I feel like that every investment I do in my DH is not nearly equivalent to an investment in ANY of my other chars.
I have tried many builds focusing around the Strafe-skill and even if I have almost twice the unbuffed DPS and equal EHP as my Monk, I can only make it work up to MP2. After that things die to slowly for me to keep my hatred up from globes and/or regen. Considering it cost me about 10 times as much to gear for it compared to a TR-build I was kind of hoping for a little more bang for the buck. And I havent been able to find any build that matches ANY of my other chars when it comes to farming MP10. I have tried almost every build posted in this forum but none of them feels like it packs a punch.
I feel that no matter how much gold i put in or how much dps/ehp i gain i simply can't make a DH feel effective. That would not be a problem if I had not tried the other classes, but in comparison it just feels "meh".
I have searched Twitch.tv for streams with demonhunters farming Mp10 aswell, and none of them, no matter how godly geared they are, seem to match up to any of the other classes in terms of killspeed and survivability.
Have I missed some incredible setup? Or is the DH just lacking in the skill department compared to the other classes?
Sorry if this turned in to a rant, but I feel as if Demonhunters are kind of the odd man out. Please prove me wrong.
