First of all, great post! Very good points being brought up. On some I agree, on some I disagree. Let's take a look:

    - Checking your twink's inventory: Yes, it is just connected to another issue though: stash space. There is ONLY shared stash space, no per-character stash space anymore, which is (in my opinion) a design mistake. I need to keep different gear sets (speed bounties, low Torment rifting, high Torment tanking) for some of my favorite classes. Furthermore, there are so many different crafting materials (41 different legendary crafting materials, 5 types of gems with 5 different tiers, white items we need to keep, uber keys+materials, rift key fragments, and so on).... stash space is never enough for me. Well, I know that many people disagree on this though, so I just need to learn to not be a hoarder :P
I have no strengh to do a point on point post at the moment, i can only say i hate the dominance of CC/CHD, which is making gearing, expecially on the weapon slot, so linear (Socket or bust).

On the point i quoted from you, i think Torchlight made a fantastic design decision on making a character stash and an account stash so you can put your alt gear there.

posted a message on Let us craft our CLASS SET items!
Sooner or later the hype train for this expansion will fade and the players enjoying this game will stay on the forums and we will start going back to constructive criticism.

All these complains about drop rates and not finding the correct, perfect piece of gear after just 3 weeks into the expansion make me think that this genre isn't appreciated by masses and most complainers are here just because there are "Diablo" and "Blizzard" tags on the box. If some of these guys would go to Path of Exile and Torchlight, they would find the same, even worse, situation, because loots aren't tailored for the most part for you class.

Drop rates for legendaries have been buffed quite a few times, and i think, while a bit on the generous side, Rift rewards are ok. Just because you didn't complete a set, something to achieve in the long run, since their bonus are quite strong too, isn't a disgrace.

As much as i played WoW, i kinda accuse it for making some players think that gear should be handled to them by playing a few hours a week because in the MMO there were justice points, conquest points and other systems to buy gear.... Safety nets to the extreme.

Sigh.... i just hate reading Dfans these days, expecially after the Shard of Hate drama, it's all about whine and rage... :(

    posted a message on 3 hours farming T3 Rifts + Kadala = 0 legendaries
Sigh.... i miss the late days of Diablo 3 Vanilla with almost no post about this matter. Now these threads "I played for X hours and i got nothing" are growing like mushrooms. Bad luck streaks happens, and even if you got something in that time, maybe that item wasn't of your liking or an upgrade... the next complain will be "I'm not getting upgrades after playing for Y hours?".

Try playing any other ARPGs and you won't get usefull items either in that time you played if the rng is against you, just deal with it. Meaningfull rewards aren't guaranteed ever in this genre, you just have to play the game and sooner or later you will get something.

I don't like CA that much, while i aknowledge its insane damage, but the hatred cost is a bit high (solved with a Cindercoat) and Shooting Star will swing the build to physical, for the better probably since we are using Wolf and Vengeance, but i like a thematic build.

Multishot Arsenal is fire, both arrows and rockets. Tested with Fire bracers with similar Cold.

Aaaaand, yes, i had to edit my point 3. I had a lapsus between RoV and Vengeance.... <.<

Yep, i feel the same, but i always liked them, so i just deal with it. With tinkering with some Cooldown reduction, expecially useful for Wolf and Vengeance too, you could cast them a bit faster. I didn't mention Bombadier's Rucksack because the setup would be waaaay to long to be worth and it's not a Custom Engineering or pet centric build. The Emimei made me switch from Hungering Arrow to Bolas istantly, i dislike the delay of the explosion but it's a no issue now.

posted a message on [Build] "Fiery Rockets" Demon Hunter.
Ehi you! Do you like explosions? Do you like setting your enemies on fire? Then you need help.... but not here!

Since the start of Diablo 3 i loved the concept of a Demon Hunter shooting rockets because.... rockets but in Vanilla the Ballistics passive was a little underwhelming... to not say horrible but things changes and sometimes for the better.

So, what's this build about? It's about using the Ballistic passive and deal damage with fire spells that use a rocket effect.

    The build is: http://us.battle.net/d3/en/calculator/demon-hunter#WQkSXO!Yefh!ccacbY

Let's do an analysis of skills:

    1) Bolas "Imminent Doom": This skill hits quite hard in single target and gives you AoE when your Multishot isn't avaiable. The biggest downside is the the 2 seconds delay on the explosion, which can be negated with an Emimei's Duffel. If you dislike Bolas without this quiver, you can change your generator with Hungering Arrow "Serrated Arrow" or Granade "Tinkerer" for increased hatred regeneration or with Evasive Fire "Covering Fire" for a bit of escape.

    2) Multishot "Arsenal": Now we are shooting rockets from.... i don't know, Demon Hunters are like that. I choose this skill for it's balanced hatred cost, good AoE damage and of course, the sinergy of the build, Rockets and Fire damage.

    3) Sentry "Spitfire Turret": Since our fetish for setting things on fire and blow them up with rockets is so strong, we had to modify our sentries too for our needs and they seems happy too. The setup time for sentries isn't worth for your regular white mob packs but for longer fights with Elites or Rift bosses they will do their job quite well, expecially since 2.0.4 enabled crit chance and uncapped crit damage for pets. (Beware, my early tests showed that Rockets from this skill don't crit, probably a bug, maybe not). If you don't like the long time needed to setup a sentry farm, you can replace this spell with something else like Vault for escape ("Trail of Cinders" for the theme or "Tumble") or Rain of Vengeance (i like "Shade" for it's large AoE but you can play with "Stampede" or "Anathema" but i found those two effects hard to aim).

    4) Companion "Wolf Companion": things are starting to get a less fiery, but we can't set our beloved pet on fire, we are not monsters. This pet has become the star of the Demon Hunter arsenal since it's huge damage buff for every ally (30% damage increase for 10 seconds) on a relative short cooldown (30 sec). If you opted to use Rain of Vengeance you can time these two to watch your enemies burn under the fire of your spells.

    5) Smoke Screen "Healing Vapor": Remember Shadow Power "Gloom"? Well, this is stronger in my opinion. It breaks CCs, it heals you for 15% Health during the invincibility period and you can troll your friends by becoming untargettable and let the enemies kill them.

    6) Vengeance "Seethe": Yes, we didn't stop to shoot rockets and now we do it even faster and harder. Unfortunatly, the damage from these rockets and piercing shots isn't fire but Ballistics will increase the damage of our missiles and the hatred regen while under the effect of this spell will make us shoot more Multishot and set up our Sentry easier. Combine it with Wolf Companion's howl, and you will dish damage so much that your enemies will disappear from the screen.

    Now, to the passives:

    1) Ballistics: the core of the build. Shoot rockets even with your primary skill, double the damage from rune effects. Nothing to say, nothing to explain.

    2) Archery: a great passive for every build in my opinion. It's a free damage boost for each weapon type you use.... minus melee weapons. I don't have an opinion or the math knowledge to tell you what's the best effect, but just use your favorite weapon and don't worry too much about min maxing.

    3) Steady Aim: As soon as i said to not worry too much about min maxing, i pick this passive because at least i see a bigger number in my dps sheet.... gg me. On a serious note, my play style was always run and kite and i manage to keep up my distance from enemies and playing with wolf and Templar, i have someone to tank them for me.

    4) Perfectionist: I always feel that Demon Hunter is a bit squishy in my opinion and i really hate dying, even if it's Softcore. This passive gives me a nice boost of Toughness and really helps me surviving in T3. You can replace it with Ambush for a stronger initiate, Blood Vengeance to regain more resources, Hot Pursuit to kite better or Tactical Advantage to move out of bad stuff faster when you Smoke Screen.

    Core Legendaries:

I would say that the items you need for this build are those that boost your fire damage like:
    - Andariel's Visage.
    - Cindercoat.
    - Magefist.
    - Stone of Jordan.

    Honorable mentions:

    - Helltrapper : dropped from Act 4 and 5 cache, it spawns a Sentry, Spike Trap or Caltrop and they will use the rune equipped, in case of this build "Spitfire Turret" and it won't count to the limit of two sentries active at a time.
    - Fire Walker : we still like fire, so moving around and kiting will burn our enemies, yay!
    - Blackfeather : If you like shooting more rockets than doing fire damage.... well, this baby will help you and it stacks with Ballistics.
    - Emimei's Duffel : already explained in the Bolas section.

If you want to look at my profile (why would you?) this is the link: http://eu.battle.net/d3/en/profile/seifa-2832/hero/6852605

    Happy explosions.

Edit: corrected some spelling errors and wrong spell names....

posted a message on Kridershot Reroll Help
If your weapon has pure physical damage, like it does, the % damage affix will work 100% so you can safely go for it. I don't know if you will get more damage if you get a perfect 10% damage or reroll a higher min max value because i suck at math and i really need a stat calculator for it <.<'

posted a message on Anyone else feel like they hit the loot-wall?
Well, i started looking only at Legendaries now... and i probably shouldn't because i can totally replace my amulet with another rare (i hate that every yellow is already identified... i want to pick up only amulets now and have a glance at the ground to see what item is it, instead i have a hard time recognizing the slot of a dropped piece of gear if i'm not looking at the model on the ground... but that's another problem).

I felt the same, but today i dropped Tasker and Theo gloves plus Bombarder's Rucksack quiver and that will open me a whole different build with a different set of stats (cdr and ias instead of cc/chd), so i think you are focusing too much on the mainstream legendaries and not much on what other items can offer you beside the usual, boring and unimaginative CC/CHD/IAS MAX DPS CHAR SHEET GALORE YEEEEEAH that we are so used to play with for more than 2 years. So, maybe you reached a point where your max dps won't go any higher, but try to think outside of the box and play with legendaries effect and sinergies between them and your skills, just like the older games where you created a whole new character because you've found a piece of gear to unlock a different build.... or just keep rerolling your actual equipment for perfect rolls.... <.<'

posted a message on Fan of Knives build! Try something new!
As soon as i got the Sash of Knives i was thinking about something similar, and i'm glad most skills are the same of what i was thinking.

I would replace Single Out with Perfectionist if you need more EHP (and i'm a pretty defensive player, if you are dead you do 0 damage) or with Nightstalker, which procs with your Shuriken Cloud to have always a great amout of Discipline and spam Gloom when needed.

Wolf companion or Boar for defence would be a cool addition but i have no idea what to replace, maybe Chakram, but i like the free damage when monsters are near me.... decisions decisions.

posted a message on Dual Wield vs 2-Handed Weapon, regardless of class.
    Quote from Ashbjorn
@DadouXIII, as far as I am concerned they are still bugged, I haven't seen a 2H yet above 2800DPS personally, it cannot compete with 2200DPS 1H Legendaries that can have 260% crit damage :-\

During Beta I saw the 2H-rs having in excess of 4000DPS, that would actually mean something...

Edit: https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=Et77TGzHmS8#t=104 (Krip during Beta showing the 2H)
Those weapons are from an early F&F Alpha build where weapons were rolling an insane amount of damage, both 1h and 2h, which is no longer the case. So no, they are not bugged.

The problem is in the weapon socket which is completly imbalanced and if you can have two while dual wielding, well, the imbalance is even more noticable.

posted a message on Losing my mind trying to reroll this WF!
Enchanting is like that. I got my socket on a Windforce in few tries but i always read about players going broke over a reroll that makes me sad... just don't put all your eggs in one basket. If the enchanting cost becomes too high, just leave that item and farm more and there is a chance you'll get a different weapon with the desired socket.

That makes me think how mandatory a socket on a weapon is.... but it's another matter.

Being prepared for shipment means they are packaging it, so no, it's not on a truck. When it's being shipped, so in the hand of the delivery service, the product will be labed as "shipped". I know i broke your hopes, but it's better to not hold any illusions in this case.... because i'm in the same boat as you.

    Helm = Andariel's Visage.

As far as i know you can reroll Elemental Damage only on amulets and bracers because that's where this affix rolls naturally.
