+6% to lightning damage - means + 6% to lightning DMG - so if you deal 500 lightning DMG it would add 30 DMG before INT buff, but if you use electrical dmg spell, it adds 6% to that skill dmg (if skill says 350% of weapon dmg as electrical, that sum gets another boost of 6%)
That's my opinion
And you are wrong.
There are 2 kind of affixes
first, like SoJ (i.e. Adds 5-6% to Arcane Damage), and
second, like Won Kim Lau (Lightning skills deal 15-25% more damage)

2. If FoT deal 110% than with SoJ you deal 121%
3. Wrong. It adds 6% to DMG (not DPS), but only to non-elemental DMG. (+6% to weapon dmg before adding elemental affixes and +6% to X-Y dmg from jawelry)

You need 5NV stacks to have 100% while MP10. But you can get it in any circumstances, just without 100% chance.

Geez, dude, stop whining. You just need gear with best stats you can get in each slot, what more do you want do hear from experienced players? For now you need more crit chance, base vita (not life%), and all ress, and you'll be fine. If you want to put HotA in you build, then do it, but from my experience I wouldn't do it, because it doesn't fit well in high mobility builds.Posted in: Barbarian: Bastion's Keep

Basically, swapped Leap for WW, because with OPs Merciless Assault too often I find myself with both Dash and Leap on cooldown, and positioned badly for Rend, so I need to waste time for positioning without any damage dealt while doing it. In my opinion WW make this build more mobile and efficient.
