if you really want to see how IAS being different on your two weapons works. just roll some yellow wep with different IAS than the off hand wep. then leave your stats chart from the Inventory screen open and run around whirlwinding. you can actually see the difference on the IAS stat as you change between the weapons. One will create more Dust devils and thusly, more dps towards the enemy than the slower weapon. be aware also, that faster IAS means fury spends faster too.
i happened to find a TF this week thanks to the buff. and i was using a Burning Axe with 19 or 20%. i am still using Meteor - Molten Impact instead of Archon cause i dont have enough CDR. But, just on my fire build, without Elemental Exposure, my meteor with Burning Axe crits for about 38 million. With the TF it crits for about 56 million. So, i put the Axe aside. Unfortunately i had rolled some other crappy stat on the TF before i saw this post. I should have just left it and rolled for cold damage. But i did try it just didnt have Magic Weapon, cause i put on Ice Armor - frozen storm to proc the cold element. but i'm not brave enough to do T6 yet. my defense is a little underwhelming still
i luckily got a TF to drop thanks to the leg buff this week. And i have a Burning Axe. I did tests on my fire wiz, and my meteor crits higher with the TF than the Burning axe, even with the 20% fire skills increase.
no offense TNT, but you're way behind the times with this. I already paragoned to 100 with just about the same build, but instead of FoT, used Air Ally and a skorn. I will say that yes, it is indeed a fast way to farm. i mostly farm mp3 or less, but when i was paragoning and trying to maximize xp return, i bumped up to mp6/7 on a regular basis.
And a little tip when streaming and talking about spirit regen or whatever class resource...dont put your camera over top of the resource. people want to see the spirit regen in action.
weird. it works if i play it in IE instead of chrome. whatever..looks like a fun build. kinda like the black ice build too. i'll give it a go if they ever get this patch live
