what bothers me, what happens with accounts that have number of characters, each with paragon levels, but none of them with para100? Even in summ of plevels not 100.
also i don't understand - only levels shared? Or what you pick (which abilities\perks you pick) are separate choices for all characters? Because you know, if you have 10 characters (12 with addon) you probably dont need every spare point spent towards 1-2 stats, while you playing characters with 3 different main stats (also you probably dont need str if you play dex\int based characters same ammount of time.)
Please, please, please. Do yourself a favor and get an education

But that's 'kay. Guess what, the ring is a reward for doing essentially a long quest. Everyone is going to get the ring sooner or later. Maybe you expect that your legendary ring reward not be bind to account so that you can sell it. But guess what, even if the ring has stats and is a good item to have it would have NO VALUE because the market would be saturated with them and everyone would be able to get their own anyway.
Get over it.
Also gtfo out with this way to WoWify Diablo criticism. What does that even mean? I would love to hear someone expand on that complaint.

They can have build permanence without causing players to play with the skill window open. I'm pretty sure at one point their plan was to make it so you could only switch skills while in town.
I actually like the NV system exactly the way it is and would be okay if it never changed, but I would also be okay with if they made it so players could change skills in town with no penalty (or lesser penalty, maybe you only lose one stack of NV). For many players who like to have longer grinding sessions they aren't going to be constantly changing skills with every elite pack, they will still look for optimal builds with the least skill switching down time. At the same time, it gives players a chance to switch to something more viable when facing a tough pack that kills them multiple times.

But, to be honest, I would even argue that items should be BoP in this game. At the moment there is nothing in the game that effectively removes good items from the pool of items. There are no ladder seasons/resets like in D2 that were effectively economy resets, in D3 the pool of items available to players to trade amongst each other just keeps getting bigger and bigger.

Computers can't do true randomness, no. But the pseudo-random numbers produced by any moderately decent RNG function are close enough that they may as well be true random.

Which is hilarious because D3 is no more static and no less random than D2. But whatever you need to convince yourself of so that you can continue to dislike something that you spend hours at a time playing.

Arguing about the theatricals of something that doesn't even exist yet.

How is this still an on going topic?
The internet is way too conducive to promoting bullshit theories.

* follow items don't go above ilevel 60, and ilevel60 follower items salvage into the exquisite essences
* ilevel 60 rings and amulets also salvage into exquisite essences
* its better to vendor any irridescent tears you get than to see them on the AH. Alternatively you can save up as many of them as you get in hopes that some day blizzard does something to raise the demand or lower the supply

Solution: Easy, just buff each of those things so they have relevance in the game again. Chests to use your full MF/GF (but only as long as you have full stacks of NV to prevent people from only farming chests). Unique monsters made difficult, should be as hard as a full champion pack by themselves instead of slightly stronger than a normal monster, given loot of a champion pack, and should give an NV stack. Make events worth doing, rewards should always be equivalent of killing one elite pack or opening a resplendent chest (effected by NV/GF/MF).
2) Act 4 being completely pointless to do after the first time.
Solution: Just make it an extension of Act 3 so people can farm it with NV stacks. Its okay to just combine the 2 smaller acts 3 and 4 and call it one act and say there are only 3 acts. Blizzard didn't have to divide it into 2 acts to create the illusion of more game content.
3) Identifying yellow items is too tedious and time consuming.
Solution: Either make it so all yellow items below ITEMlevel 61 are already ID'd. There is absolutely nothing exciting or interesting involved in unwrapping the lower level items. OR, just make it so all items can be ID'd at once. I'm sure the Gem NPC who is supposedly something more than a normal human would have no problem doing that.
If I could add another I would say Paragon system actually discouraging players from playing multiple characters.

Yeah its not like the person that made that model is a professional that makes a living doing that type of work...oh wait
Ignorance is bliss.

My favorite part is that you posted this while tabbed out from either playing WoW, SC2 or Diablo 3. Guarantee it.
The number of jaded people who continue to play Diablo 3 or other blizzard titles and stay on fansites ONLY to look for reasons to be upset or angry about something is amazing. You've been playing D3 and browsing the D3 fan site for the last 8 hours? Please, tell me more about how much you hate the game and how much of a failure it is. /Willywonkameme
Anyone insulted or offended by something like Jay Wilson's comment there lives an incredibly sheltered life. He should be applauded for talking like a human being in an over politically correct upside down world where people are constantly thrown to the dogs for speaking their mind and often speaking the truth.
