Nothing meaningful is going to be done. The folks that left / are leaving probably won't be back unless it's to check out an expansion, and the folks who still love the game probably want minor tweaks at best.

Since hitting inferno? 2, tops.

He's got some good points, but they're just expressed poorly.

-sets are generally bad, or far far too difficult to acquire.
-most legendaries are bad
-blacksmithing is pointless
-farming is flat out tedious. it's either faceroll easy, or penalizes you with cost-inefficient repair bills. (ie, don't bother progressing until you outgear the next act)
-the story is definitely lackluster, and simply annoying to deal with after normal mode is defeated

The game isn't all bad, however:

-good fighting mechanics, when you aren't lagging / rubber-banding all over the screen, or facing a reset-worthy elite combination.
-decently thought out public game option, when you can find one without someone afk'ing in town, hoping to get carried.

That point happens the minute you set foot in Inferno, if not earlier.
