You have no crit chance or crit damage. just a couple IAS..
You need crit damage and crit chance on your rings, on your neck, on your gloves. You can get 200 cd from a weap with crit damage and a socket. you can get 10% crit chance from your source. You can get up to 6 crit chance on a wizard head I think.. so yeah get that on everything. The more crit damage you have the more damage crit chance gives you and vice versa.
here i am

got one more innas with arcane res and a bit more dex/stam i use when not farming low MP. i think i need to save a lot of gold to get me a good wepond..
Well, you seem to be pretty well geared. I do not really know what you could upgrade without spending a ridiculous amount of money. One thing you may want to try life steal instead of (or in a addition to)life on hit since your damage is pretty high. You could perhaps get some hands with crit damage, but I realize that would be very expensive. I didn't realize the blackthorne belt could roll so much dex lol. Sorry that was not extremely helpful, but you are pretty good so..
Yeah i got the inna's belt now, but i only have 26k health and 435 Ar..
I have Loh/LS in my weaps but I think I need a bit more survivability from health for higher MP//
Oh yes I had been considering that since the set bonus sounds really handy, but the only thing is that a witching hour would increase my dps so much more. However, I can't really afford one right now and inna's is a lot cheaper. I would also lose a lot of resist with the inna's but it would probably be better still.
I also have a Andariels visage with 160 dex. 6% inc fire damage, 40% proc, 9% ias, and the other guaranteed stats.
For the weapons, I also have an echoing fury with 1044 dps, 150 dex, 60 crit damage, and +.23 aps
So what should I aim for? not opposed to selling something to get something better.
Also would you recommend using fulminating strike or the passive that makes things you hit do 20% less damage? I do seem to be getting a little squishy, so I think I'd have to use the defensive one on higher monster powers, but more dps is less time you have to live..
I purchased an Echoing Fury the other day with +.23 Attacks per second. I had read that the addition applies to both weapons when dual wielding and it does, but it appears to actually be a % and not a flat +x speed.
My OH is a sword so it has 1.4 aps. If it were added, it would be 1.4+.23=1.63*1.15(for DW)=1.8745.
However, my character sheet says 1.91. If the .23 is a % it would be .23/1.2(original mace speed)= .191666666. This number fits for my OH. 1.4*1.1916=1.66824*1.15=1.918 (I assume the character sheet does not round up) So, the .23 is like have 19% attack speed on your gear.
I am somewhat confused about the MH's APS.. My character sheet says 1.68. 1.43 is the attack speed of my MH but 1.43*1.15=1.6445.. So, I am not sure where the extra .04APS come from.
I fixed my cm wizards gear yesterday and put on storm chaser.. it actually is a lot of fun. Even though they haven't mentioned it, I am pretty sure they will nerf it since it was an accident. (unless they do like they did with nats)
Just to beat act IV you dont need crit or crit damage, but you need both or else neither is nearly as good. For abilities that proc off crit (WW barb or sweeping winds monk etc) most people aim for about 40% chance. As for damage, just get as much as you can.
You can get 15% chance and 50% damage from barb passives.
Yeah it's easy.
take a screen shot
paste it into paint
use the little box selecting tool
copy and paste the item into another paint
do so with each item and it should be no problem
