not getting hit and taking damage is useless? perhaps you meant "using dodge is not the popular method for mitigating damage on a barb", and even then, who cares what you think?
I meant what I said. Playing a barb is all about having a large enough EHP pool that revenge will replenish more life than the damage you take. Dodged attacks do not have a chance to proc revenge, and therefore anything that is dodged doesn't matter at all. Sure having 20% dodge is better than having 10% everything else being equal, but there is no point to sacrifice anything in order to get more dodge.
Agreed. I keep my dodge around 20% too.
Revenge procs enough, it is there more for its aoe dps than its life regen. I can get better aoe abilities but the combo of aoe dps AND life regen is hard to pass up.
I do a full act 3 clear in about 2.5 hours if you guys are wondering. With a hyper godly combo of survival/dps like i have, I do not need to kite and all of my dps is sustained. I also just run past the trash mobs and just seek out elites, a benefit i think vs double tornadoe that requires fighting everything.
Interesting, in one of the threads on the officail forums, i cant link since i dont have a high enough post count, but it is someone saying blizzard banned them for using the RMAH too much.
One of the MVP posters noted that in the RMAH terms of Service...... the RMAH CANT be used as an investment vehicle. So you mentioning that you bought them to resell may have something to do with it.
So now i am even more godly..... 97k hp, 30% dodge

Behold my glory, no RMAH used.....notice godly dodge chance for a barb. Using berserker rage passive, so my full dps isnt shown since im not at full fury. + 25% Also no stacks of frenzy so add 75% attack speed as well.
