are you using the passive that changes some stats depending on what type of weapon you have equipped. It has things like 15% more dmg with bow. and I think 2 hand crossbow is like 50% more crit dmg or something.
I wholeheartedly agree with this. I'm enjoying the game imm ensely. i have no qualms with the item hunt or anything about it. it sucks that i'm stuck on Act 2 with my barb but i decided to level my DH so I could get to Inferno and farm for gear for my barb so he could progress. i like all the classes and most of the skills. It bothers me when I look at the blue tracker and see such an excessive amount of harsh criticism over something I think most people should be enjoying. I've put in at least 200ish hours so far in it. Compared to most AAA titles that is a crazy time investment since most are maybe...MAYBE 30 to 40 hour long games.
The way that you've described end game is pretty much exactly what I believe it is. Either you are paying them monthly to constantly have new things ie. WoW or adding in new things to keep me there longer.
I think most of the people that complain about lack of end game content in D3 are those that don't fully realize what kind of game this is. You've paid your $60 and probably have put in 100 or more hours. You have effectively shown that this game is more engrossing then 90% of the crap that most developers come out with nowadays. This is an ARPG. there isn't endgame. there is the item hunt or soon to be PvP. They don't add in things because this type of game doesn't need them.
Although I'm guessing that come possible expansion time I bet they will add in new content. I am curious if they will possibly raise the level cap or something else.
I'm using the kridershot build myself and it is super fun to play. So happy that I was able to give it a go. It's going to be a sad day when I actually have to upgrade my weapon and change my build.
