Great ideas there!
Though I would also love to see a Pandemonium Tower for hardcore players. With a little extra tweaking it could become THE reason to play RoS. Here's some ideas on how it could work.
- Once you go up a level, you CAN'T go back down. There's no turning back to safe levels!
- You can only exit via portals that open up every X levels or via randomly spawned shrines.
- You can choose Glorious Death Mode, where there are NO exits whatsoever and you play until you die (or your char dies, whichever comes first ). You can safely logout on a cleared level, where you will respawn upon relog.

Am I the first to point out that soulbound legendary items which can only be traded in party will be the death of solo-play?Posted in: Diablo III General Discussion
As a purely HC-player who mostly plays solo at my own pace, I would REALLY hate to see that happen.

If you want to maximize dps for ubers, go with bola shot imminent doom as your hate regen coupled with DML that boosts it. Then use soj and embrace that boosts traps (echoing blast ofc), if u play with embrace that is, and just be very careful when you spam dps against the assault beastPosted in: Hardcore Discussion
Sentry is a must like you have also concluded and Marked for Death is also good for one of the DHs of the party to have but not a must.

Get a new router (firmware update?), wireless adapter (latest drivers?) or simply change ISP. Keep your pc clean and avoid massive downloads when playing. Also keep your pc free of viruses and malware. Good luck with your next charPosted in: Hardcore Discussion

I'm afraid it's nearly impossible or simply impossible to get your character back to life. Believe me, I've tried when my first Barb (level 60) died from a game bug. The only case of revived character I have heard of, is at a compromised account case. Though, I'm not so sure about that either...Posted in: Hardcore Discussion

To OP, maybe your build is just not meant for hard encounters. Sorry to say that, but if you decide to play with all the fun skills that you enjoy you can't expect to be as efficient as you would be with a better build. Especially UBERS are supposed to be serious business, so QQing that you can't make it with your random build just sounds plain dumbPosted in: Diablo III General Discussion
I play hardcore and when i wanna play with my fun-build i simply switch to mp0 and have some fun. However when i do ubers mp6 with my team i switch to my "cookie-cutter" build and focus on the encounter or else i would die. In softcore you should just be happy you can even try to kill ubers with your fun-build

One step at a time my friend. First you need to gear up a bit more and then you can worry about getting a group together so you can all farm for your rings. But trust me, once you have farmed 3 machines it shouldn't be too hard to find a group to go for 3x4 runs.Posted in: Hardcore Discussion
Also if you regularly farm acts 1 and 3 at MP1 you will soon end up with enough keys and will only need to farm act 2 warden to complete 3 machines

I believe you should be easily able to handle MP1. However key farming on MP1 would still take a very long time. Try to get a group and farm on MP3 for keys after you gear up a bit more from MP1.Posted in: Hardcore Discussion

See? That's the problem with demons. They simply CAN'T cooperate!Posted in: Hardcore Discussion
As Tyrael's himself said:
"...Still, the day might have been lost had the demon lords not fallen to fighting amongst themselves. So confident of their impending victory, they turned on each other over the spoils they had yet to win.
I shudder to think what the demon lords might accomplish should they ever stop betraying one another. Such is the self-defeating nature of evil."
By the way, nice story :)
