I've been trying pretty hardcore to stay positive. But there's no denying, this panel was just a huge let down to me.
New area's and a zone. Always welcome.
Set dungeon's could be fun, but I really dislike being forced to play with sets that are just garbage sets and I sure as hell don't want to be playing the classes I dislike. Sure, a positive addition, but for me personally, I won't be getting much out of this.
New cube recipe can suck it, guess they want more people to start botting for those Rift Keys...
At least we're getting fixes to damage numbers & the buff bar.
But what really pissed me of, their solution stash space? "You'll have an still insufficient amount of stash space in like 2 years".
And them dodging question's about lag and tileset/density is just really crappy.
Edit: I still love this game, I'll have lots of fun with every new season. Though, most likely not getting any new sets for 2.4 is just a big letdown really. The rework's we saw seemed like mostly garbage sets.
To be honest, there was never really anything hard or challenging in D2 at all.
Only 2 things comes to mind, if your build & gear was crap, sure you could take a death to Ancients on Hell difficulty. Or a quick drop to NIthalak's corpse explosion's if you were not careful.
With how powerful Life Leech was in D2 there was no challenge to be had.

So much salt.
I mean, seriously, who actually cares about or plays non-season...?

This is a great idea actually.

I'd say, this season had exceptionally easy conquests.
Curses! (350 Cursed chest kills) https://youtu.be/1PRjgf3yBEE
Incredibly easy, just restart until you find the chest in Paths of the Drowned.
Find some people, start event, spam aoe. Did it with a single friend, neither of us had constant aoe. We got it on our first try.
Can probably be done solo, especially if you're a DH.
On a Good Day (Three Legendary gems to level 65)
Again, incredibly easy. Will require a bit of work though.
Any Class, any set, should be able to clear Grift 65 with relative ease.
And that's all you need to push gems to 65 with a 60% chance.
Boss Mode (Kill all bosses in TX within 20 min)
Any 4 players, should be able to complete this one without to much trouble.
Basic planning on boss split, alter build for mobility.
Make sure you send someone with good damage to down the tough bosses quickly (Diablo, Malthael etc).
Speed Demon (Clear a TX Rift within 2 minutes)
Moderately easy. You might need a couple of attempts.
You'll need 4 players with some decent speed & damage (Can be done with less, but easier with a full party).
But the only hard part (hard=time consuming) will be fishing for a good rift.
You'll want one with high density and a lot of champion/rare packs (Graveyard, Act 5 Exterior or Jail to mention some).
Find the right rift, split up and wreak havoc.
Divinity (Grift 75 solo)
Should be doable for most classes and sets. Might need a couple of attempts, I cleared Grift 75 on my third try.
You will need some decent equipment, but nothing extreme.
I cleared it with 4 Ancient pieces (Weapon included) and Paragon 580 while playing Leapquake Barb.
Obviously classes are a lot different on how they handle solo rifting, so some classes might have a harder time. Thus needing even better gear.
Also, a solid tip.
For an easy conquest, complete the Cursed chest one on the "other" difficulty.
I didn't actually take advantage of this. But would've been easy to do.
Already had a level 70 HC character, that was needed for Journey. Joined a bunched of HC communities and shamelessly, but politely asked for a boost.
Shouldn't be to hard to find a friendly player to help you with the conquest if you fish for the Paths of the Drowned chest.

In general I always open chests. But I never bother with jars and other destructible containers.

Gear looks pretty damn fine to me.
It's perfectly fine to have 20% Phys instead of CC on neck.
As previously noted.
If weapon is gifted, roll AS to 10% Dmg. Or roll socket to 10% Dmg.
If you didn't reroll Chest to 3 sockets, reroll goldfind to Elite Damage Reduction.
Get a new pair of boots, you should never have MS on the actual boots. Get the full 25% from Paragons and get Skill dmg on boots.

I made it past 600, with a very casual playing regime. No way you'd need to bot to break 900, I could've done it.

No problems here.

Would be great if we could have some fucking patch notes before the season starts....

Those wings look amazing in my opinion, seem to go perfectly with that hero's theme.
