After following and watching Zrave for a while, and learning a lot about his spreadsheet to calc DPS, IAS is actually worth more than you think. In my case with all stats the same 50% crit dmg = 7-9% IAS which means I can buy a higher DPS weapon with less crit or no native crit and a socket as long as it has 7-9% IAS and upgrade my dps.
So to clarify what I am saying, IAS may be added into weapon DPS on the paperdoll view of the weapon but it is a seperate factor when you are calculating total DPS.
So I sold two items on RMAH and didn't have it set to paypal, so now I have $54.56 on my bnet balance and I am looking to buy a 1H weapon for my barb. I am looking for Strength with a socket and 1 other useful stat and I prefer an AXE or MACE.
In my farming I have come across a few (6-8) 1H weapons that are high enough DPS to be good starter weapons for fresh 60 barbs and I just hate to salvage them or vendor them. Almost every one of them is over 700dps, and I think they all have beneficial stats such as STR/VIT or Crit. These are Blue weapons, they are not UBER weapons, and as such I am not asking much for them. If anyone here is a fresh barb or knows one who needs a cheap starter weapon, I am asking a very low price per weapon, however I am not posting it here as this is more of a helper topic not a sale topic. Heck if you are truly poor I will probably give it to you

Crit Hit - 34.5%
Crit Dmg - 312%
All Resist Average (with WarCry) - 540
HP - 58K
Life on Hit - 700
Dmg Reduction - 73%
Block - 27%
DPS - 36.5K
Passives - Beserker Rage | Tough As Nails | Ruthless
From your first post I would do the following changes; increase your HP to at least 50k and your DPS to at least 30k and get at least 500 Life on Hit. And I would change your skills to be like this.
Bolded are the changes.
Left Click: Frenzy w/ Sidearm Right Click: Overpower w/Crushing Advance
1: War Cry w/ Impunity
2: Revenge w/ Provacation 3: Leap w/ Iron Impact
4: Wrath of the Berserker w/ Insanity
If you can attain the HP and DPS with LoH I stated you will not need ignore pain, granted using Overpower instead takes a little getting used to but it is a VERY powerful skill. Your charge I replaced with Leap as it is a great escape skill and Iron impact increases your armor for greater defense. Also be sure to have pickup radius at least 6 yards on some piece of your gear, this will keep those health globes coming in while standing still. Your passives are fine btw, but if you can do the above increases I would get Ruthless as it is a MAJOR dps increase.
