Don't have much time now so I'll point out the most annoying thing I see on that char. Echoing Fury! Change that useless piece of garbage with a nice yellow with chd + ls + socket at least.

Can also get an at least 5/23 won khim lau but best setup is a WKL with chd+socket (no room for ls) and a yellow weapon with chd + socket + ls. Problem is that a monk needs at least 2.7(maybe 2.8/9) LS and with a chd socket wkl, you will need to change your mainhand weapon with a higher ls one.

That mempho is also a weak one. Could aswell use an inna's radiance with fists of thunder or sweeping winds damage afflix. (They are around same value but I "feel" sweeping winds is slightly better.)

40+k health, 500 resi, 180+k dps, 2.8+ ls is sufficient for mp10 if you play carefully. (Dark Berserker head-over-smash, fucking trees and sometimes those goddamn goats.)

posted a message on Blue post says 1.0.8 is on the way, DH rejoice?
For Rapid Fire to work with Shadow Power / Gloom, you need to begin casting Rapid Fire while under effect of Shadow Power.

If you start casting Rapid Fire before having Shadow Power/Gloom up, you will only have the Gloom's reduced damage taken but not have the life steal.

Also, you can use Shadow Power then start casting Rapid Fire and when Shadow Power ends, you will still have the life steal but not the reduced damage taken of Gloom. (Might be wrong, not entirely sure, didn't pay much attention to it.)

Rapid Fire takes snapshot of what you had while starting the cast and does not update it when you get some new buff or lose an existing one. Needs to be addressed and changed in both ways (there is a negative effect and a positive effect to how rapid fire works.) Hope someone brings that up in blizzard forums. I can't really follow those forums so I better not.

(Other abilities like Hungering Arrow also take snapshots of your buffs but these snapshots refresh everytime you send out and arrow so you can use Shadow Power while casting hungering Arrow. Rapid Fire counts as 1 "arrow" even if you cast for 5minutes without stopping.)

posted a message on Dealing with Reflect Dmg Afflix
I use cluster bombs, shoot it 2 times and use Smoke Screen almost at the same time as first bomb lands. With this you get no damage but it is very easy to make mistakes. Even being late for 0.1 - 0.5 seconds can cause death with low hp(like -20k).
Filling up hatred by shooting other way, not to the reflecting mobs.

After trying a lot, I found this to be the best for myself. (Also don't really like to waste skill-spot with shadow power.)

posted a message on Diablo Inferno Tutorial Killed with less than 660k Gold [Video]
Even though I don't like people doing hater comments to -at least- very understandable guides, this guide is really the biggest nominee of the most useless guide ever.

Can't really kill things up until diablo with 660k worth of gear (or at least with that talent) and can't really get to diablo if you don't clear previous parts. So as Catalept said:
Step 1: Buy XXm worth of gear
    Step 2: Get to Diablo
Step 3: Buy 660k worth of gear
    Step 4: Kill Diablo

Sounds right and silly to me. (And the number choice of 660.. )

I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who uses the ferret for gold find!!

I'm sure you are the only one in whole world that uses ferrets for finding gold.. Others use it for getting +cuteness and things like that.
I believe that you took my statement a little too literally.. I was just happy to see other people using the ferrets in general, because people never talk about it... HILARIOUS response though.. (trying to match your sarcastic response)

About your wolf pet feedback; You can't just look at matters as easy and obvious as that. There are lots of damage cooldowns that can be kept up 100% of the time with not so much effort but as I said, they are cooldowns, you are supposed to waste the energy to move your finger every 30 seconds to be able to keep it up. Wow got busted because of casual and crap ideas like this.
While at it, they could just make Marked for Death, Calltrops Crit hit chance rune and well.. practically all those abilities permanent. You would love that. (Need a better facepalm smiley)

I'm going to assume that you have not played much of diablo 2 if you think that letting a wolf that you have summoned, not randomly disappear after 30 seconds, would ruin the game.. A majority of the summons (if not all) never died out after a certain amount of time..The only way that they could mysteriously vanish was if they were killed.

There actually is no COOLDOWN on any of the mentioned skills, genius. They only have a duration.. which IMHO is kind of redundant.. please help me to understand how making you recast wolf every 30 seconds or sentry/marked for death(on one enemy) makes the game better? Also I don't believe the game would be ruined either if Marked for death, Caltrops Crit hit chance, sentry etc, were permanent skills.. I shall compare them to the Traps the assasin had in d2, or the Curses that the necromancer used in D2... The traps never died out after a certain amount of time; instead they had a limit to how many could be set out at one time. Most of the curses would remain on the enemy until he was either dead, or another curse was casted on said enemy.I see what you were trying to do, and it was cute.. but don't try to make a veteran d2 player look foolish, just because you believe that diablo and WoW are the same things.. You can still think my ideas are "casual and crap", but just know that you are insinuating that diablo 2 was "casual and crap" because I am just asking for some of the same things out of my skills, that I have recieved from D2.

Thank you for your feedback, have a wonderful day ;)
Sorry, you are totally right at the "cooldown" part. It is a silly habbit of mine to call anything that boosts your dps or survavilability not permanetly, a cooldown.

It is incredible how you want to compare D3 to D2 as game mechanics. I played D2, but not quite as long as most members in this forum. It still was not a better game or anything and how games work, how they are played and things like that have changed greatly. In my opinion, it is just silly to compare a game with 2 buttons to "modern games" or rather "modern blizzard games".
If there was something specific in D2, it could aswell live on to D3 but the community and, well, everything changed. It would be questionable if blizzard released a game with 2 buttons to press.

Making wolves (wolves that do the highest damage in all DH pets), trap buffs and things like that will only get the game duller. With those permanent, you will just have less buttons to press and sorry but YES, having 2 buttons to press will make the game dull compared to 5-6buttons.

For the OP, yes I too agree that ferrets priority should be picking up gold, then attacking if there is no gold pile in range.

posted a message on Monk Inferno Guide - 1.0.3
    Quote from mibuokami

Hi guys, since I've been following this guide to progress in inferno for my monk I thought I'd throw the question here. Firstly, thank you OP for taking your time to make this guide, I've been doing the crit build thingy with some borrowed gear from my DH and I was having a blast.

Unfortunately, all good thing must come to an end and my own was Act 3 Inferno. Going into it, I made sure my gear was considered 'good enough' in almost all aspect and I'm using the Standard FoT & Cyclone build with only 1 change of transcendence in place of resolve.

I am finding however that some elite pack in Act 3 just end with me dying over and over and over again before I can get them down and I'm hoping someone can point out what I am doing wrong.

I'm basically refering to pack with the arcane / plague / immolate combo, Arcane with any of the other 2 causes me no end of grief and even by itself if affixed on the right elite (Winged Molok and those fat cows) would result in me dying multiple time before I can kill them.

Whenever I try to engage they would always throw down arcane / immolate / plague and combine with their damage output I simply cannot tank through it whilst standing still. If I run away to a clear spot they simply do it all over again within seconds or even worst, starting fireballing me to death. I just don't know how I can economically take these down, what skill should I be using or how I am suppose to engage them. Any help would be greatly appreciate it.

below are my stats for reference, and yes, this is a l2p moment for me, my main is a DH and unlike that character, I rushed my monk to 60 with my borrowed gear, breezing through act 1 and 2 with ease.

Thanks in advance for any advise!

    Attack Speed: 1.79
    Critical Hit Chance: 35%
    Critical Hit Damage: 212%
    Block Chance: 21%
Dodge Chance: 46.2% (after mantra buff)
Damage Reduction via Armor 71.39% (after mantra buff)
    All Resis: 834
    Health Pool: 48,020
    Regen: 210
    Life on Hit: 834
    DPS: 20k+

Your gear is enough to devastate the whole game including pony level. You can drop a lot of vitality and get resistance or dps stats instead.
