Thanks for the advice! I picked up a LS Skorn last night and swapped War Cry for HOTA, I already see a huge difference in my ability to take down elites on MP5.
I have a set of Inna's pants from my DH; it would improve my DPS by quite a bit but I'd lose over 12K HP. How would I make up that HP loss?
How do I manage my IAS breakpoints? Right now my IAS is 38 and I have +.25 on EF too. Am I in the sweet spot right now, or is it better to back off IAS and improve the DPS on my ring and main-hand weapon?
If my goal is to farm efficiently on MP 7-10 should I look into a Skorn or HOTA build instead of the standard WW?
I have a budget of 200M, what should I look for or change to get my DPS and survivability high enough to take the next step into higher MP?
Thanks for all the advice, I really appreciate it! I am working on swapping out my Vitality and Resist gear for higher Dex. Crit or Crit Damage would be ideal but most of that stuff is out of my price range, so I'm starting with an All-Dex plan until I can handle Act 1 well enough to farm for better stuff.
I've been working on Inferno for a week or two, mostly joining Skeleton King groups, but after the patch I'm feeling stuck and unsure what I need to do to progress. I feel like my gear is just barely good enough to be in Act 1 of Inferno, but I can't find a reliable way to find gold or upgrade my items. Any upgrade in the AH costs several hundred thousand gold, and with the increase to repair costs I can't afford to just plow through Act 1 with lots of deaths. I currently have about 800K, enough to buy a few items but not enough to make the leap into really great equipment. Everything is different when a single death costs 2-3K.
My stats:
11,984 DPS
39,000 HP
2690 Armor
200 Physical Resist
80-150 all other Resists
I don't know what to do. I can't really solo elite packs in Act 1 Inferno, but Act 4 in Hell doesn't seem to produce enough gold to be worth farming. Should I just keep joining Skeleton King groups even though it's slow and half the time it's just a few deaths and a group disbanding because of a difficult pack? Buy a bunch of gold find gear and go back to Act 4 in Hell? Is there some place where I can farm gold easily given my stats and then upgrade my stuff via the AH to actually compete in Inferno?
