Im not sure how you struggle, my stats are alot worse and i have no issues. I still die in 4-5 hits, and i do use a shield so i guess that makes the big diffrence. Beyond that though i truly have no issues with kiting only mob that tends to kill me are the spearmans, and the soul rippers. Sometimes the demonic terrors aswell depending on the affix.
Ahh i see, i just been unlucky this whole week with loot, and im tired of farming the same place. Usually i do Siege and i usually clear out the whole bridges, and the dungeons out then kil siege, repeat.
Im just curious where some of your farming spots are if anyone cares to share. Im trying to get my hands on a 1100+ 1h havent seen anything close to it

Its not the best stuff but, since my AH is currently full i figured i would try here aswell and see my luck.
