I I'd let this bot run for a month.. would that make my wizard viable for GR pushing yet? If not I really don't consider botting the biggest issue at hand.
Well, you're acting as if any random person can fish for a good rift and get awesome ranks.. It still takes quite some gear and skill to clear even a dream rift at 75.
Yea I'm right there with ya, so sick of working hard to be the best. I should totally just be the best already.
I do believe the point is that being the best should be determined by skill, not the amount of time one spends creating games.
ARPG, last I heard. Wrong genre. Go play FPS, RTS, MOBA if you want skill based.

Well, people playing an ARPG have no right to complain about the game not being skill-based enough. Skill has never been the leading factor in RPG games... Gear and level are.
That being said, if you'd let me play on Quin's wizard I'd probably still fail to clear GR60+.
Having something goofy can make the game interesting... Only 1 or 2 classes having something goofy placing them a good 10-15 GR levels ahead of others is silly. The most "goofy" thing wizards do is combine their set-bonuses to create a 14000% weapon damage per second time zone. Which sounds like a lot more than it is :/
What makes it worse is the lack of gear-requirment to play heal monk.. Every Wizard/DH/Crusader can spend 2 hours gearing up a Monk (not difficult just ask the 3 monks currently in the group to give you gear they don't need) and play healbot in GR's multiple levels above what their 1000 hour play-time full ancient main could.
That's what made we wonder. However using a spam-click macro with ye generic gaming mouse could look the same. I'm struggling to clear 3 rifts in a row before relaxing my hand with the "manual method" so I'm curious.
Try binding your hotkeys to a cross type of a cluster (AWSD, ESDF, RDFG etc) instead of a line (1234, QWER, GHJK etc), and put the 1st action button under your middle finger, instead of your pinkie, you will have no problem whatsoever.
Using some sort of automation is an option ofc, but i personally dont like it, cuz it's not legit.
Luckly Archon doesn't even use "4" and "2" is cast only once per form (most of the time) thus I can just move w/e finger I want on to 1. I'll try finding a comfortable position.

He actually hits it. Watch some of his other clears where he literally didn't cast it for like 3 sec randomly during archon.

How do you cast Arcane Blast? (Archon "1"). I'm currently stuck between:
1 Getting RSI from spamming it.
2 Binding a 15 second duration spam-click macro to my mouse (is this actually allowed?)
3 Num-locking, however this would mean I'd have to start using force move and spam click Archon's LMB/RMB 5 times per second, simply producing the above mentioned RSI in the other hand.
Actually the main reason to use cosmic strand is because it saves you about 20 AP per second (wormhole'd teleport is free), making it the best AP regen item for speed farming low level content.
3 ppl do bounties and 1 do a rift...so u can get a lot of xp/key/mats.
And then everytime the rifter reaches the boss he tells everyone to teleport to him to share the key?

This guy is either a troll, or he's the equivalent of a die-hard flip phone user complaining about people getting new smart phones every few years and wondering why nobody makes new products for his phone anymore. Get with the times man. Seasons have firmly become the future of D3.
A better comparison would be someone with an Iphone 5, with a buggy operating system while the newest phones constantly get update. However this guy doesn't have the money (or in Diablo's case time) to constantly get the newest version.
Why the comments about usefull sub lvl 70 weapons? Ofcourse low level weapons are useless. The equivalent of useful low level items are items dropped in low lvl rifts.. Which are EXACTLY the same as the ones dropped in high level rifts.
That's actually a problem I have with the game. A higher level rift should give BETTER gear than lower rifts. No, not a higher chance to get good gear but simply better gear. Then suddenly farming lvl 50-60 rifts isn't a waste of time compared to 42 speed farming.
Take the example from World of Warcraft.. How many people would farm the latest tier if Ragefire Chasm dropped the same gear.

Just make bosses more interesting, read: holy sanctuary (act 4) style events in a boss fight.

Do you get the bounty rewards while in the rift? Or does your party have to wait with the quest reward?
