I agree with most if not all of Kapsu's points. Especially with regard the use of magic missiles. If you love MM then build a build around that, currently with the combination of low attack speed or APoC distintegrate almost becomes a signature spell itself and does so much more damage i'm not sure why you've ever stop to cast MM.
Along with the boot suggestion you may also want to consider trying a hem with +15% disitegrate too.

Disintegrate is arcane according to the tooltip.Posted in: Wizard: The Ancient Repositories

Just to add my 2cents, came across this build via Goodideagaming's stream: http://www.twitch.tv/goodideagaming signature spell isn't really required, especially if you dump all your attack speed, i'm using a skorn, 1.00Att Speed with absurd amounts of crit dmg and 1k life on hit for regen.Posted in: Wizard: The Ancient Repositories
You can then grab +aracne or +distintegrate on helm/boots/bracers and amulet. The distinegrate dmage becomes absurd. I just use arane hydra to throw even more arance damage around.

I tried a build out similar to this, the meteor damage is resonable but you can get better dps from other talents. By the look of your gear you don't actually have +arcane dmg or +meteor on any piece, which would help considerably.Posted in: Wizard: The Ancient Repositories

Using a shield is fine, however you really want a shield with critchance, preferably 9-10% along with life% and str, vit or both.Posted in: Barbarian: Bastion's Keep

The majority of a WW barb's damage comes from the tornado's. The damage the tornado's inflict is based on your MH weapon damage, however the number of times they tick is based on both weapons (if duelwielding). Hence why WW barbs are better off wielding a high DPS slow 1H (mace) coupled with a fast OH (dagger with AS, DPS irrelevant), the slow 1h mace hits infrequently but with high damage, the dagger hits often WITH the damage of the MH.Posted in: Barbarian: Bastion's Keep
Although your character sheet won't show it a 2H weapon would need to increase your DPS by approximately 30% over dual wielding to compete with a mace/dagger set up.

bellow 4 mil after 200 hours is so low you are either vendoring most good things or spending everything on gearing all your chars
and ehh ...i actually pay my mortgage with rmah profits (not exagerating) thats hwo easy it is to make money in it
Ye, mostly spending on item upgrades ranging from 200k to 2mill.. my best sell was 2 items for 2 mill a piece (thats how I got to 4 mill). If I want to get my character to a level worthy of act 3 and 4 I'm looking at items selling at the top of the list which are always way over 20 mill a piece.. iLvl63 items drop for me but never seem to have stats worthy of that 5, 10 or 20 mill price range, I'm usually selling at around 500k. I need a bow, 200 mill is nuts, bows only slightly better than the one I found and am using atm range from 12 mill up.. its a never ending cycle of find-mid-range, try sell, drop price, try sell again, drop price, try again.. sold for a third of what I started at.
I would really appreciate "AH secrets", I browse AH a lot, so I THINK i'm knowledgable about the items I seek.. just cant break that 5 mill mark
I find it hard to believe that after 200 hours played you've amassed so little wealth.
There's certainly no "trick" to the auction house, although it does help if you know exactly how to value stats. I see a lot of people claim all their gear is worth peanuts but any upgrade will cost 20mil+, how can that possibly be true when there is such a vast variety of gear available on the AH. Either your gear is actually worth 20mil or the pieces you imagine are worth 20mil are simply not.

Eh, I just died to pretty much everything in A2. Walk into an elite pack with both buffs up, pop Wrath, try to sprint and WW around and I run out of fury and have to auto attack and just die because I have so little life, defense, and no revenge
You shouldn't be struggling so much with the stats you have. I suggest try a more orthodox cookie-cutter build (frenzy/revenge/leap/IP with lifesteal/WOTB/warcry). Leap in -> pop WOTB as soon as you can -> pop Ignore Pain if you dip below 50% HP, elites should be dead within 15 seconds. Of course some elites will still give you some trouble (fleeing mobs/shielding) but you can run around and wait for your IP before engaging again.
Either do this or just practice more with WW if you prefer that. WW does take practice, you can't just spec WW and expect to auto win. WW is also harder the less crit you have with 30% being about the bare minimum to run with.

Gear wise, i would try and bump you LoH up to around a 1000, and add some more crit chance / crit damage items to help DPS
Why are people so obsessed with LoH, there's simply no need for so much, and its costs a lot if you want to combine it with other decent dps/survival stats.

You have more than enough resist, HP is fine, DPS is low.Posted in: Barbarian: Bastion's Keep
Demonic tremors are some of the hardest hitting mobs in the game. To take them down with out dieing you either need absurd amounts of LoH and res, or instead a lot more DPS and blow them up with WotB.
Personally i choose the 2nd option, running with around 450 ares but 50k DPS, i can take a pack of tremors out duting a wotb.
I know your current aim is to clear act 3/4, but assuming your aim is to then begin farming it i'd imagine you'd want to go the higher DPS route to speed up farm runs.
