My rare ring is actually not to far away form this one and I bought that one for 80m about a month ago, on EU though, and I thought that was a very good deal. the 26-68 dam says a lot more than many people think. Link to my profile for the ring: http://eu.battle.net/d3/en/profile/Isak-1552/hero/227651 .
I'm not sure how the 2 servers compare but according to Chinchirq's post you should be looking at about 70-100m sale as a good deal for both sides, unless there was some sort of price surge after the introduction of 1.0.4.

My troll detector might be malfunctioning, but that's a ring with 6 good offensive stats (not max roll, but still) and 1 solid defensive one and you feel the need to /shoo him away? It might have been some sort of attempt to be funny/sarcastic but none the less, totally uncalled for.
To OP: That's quite the ring you got there although the term "godly" is attached to most things these days. You should specify what server you are on to avoid any misunderstandings though. Good luck with your sale!

Well, as a pretty good geared Barbarian (1k resists /impunity, 92k damage /into the fray) I haven't felt this relieved in a long time. Ever since i reached lvl 60 i started playing the AH game, since that's basically all I could do. I felt the need to farm items to accumulate gold to buy upgrades (that cost 80m+ a pop now) but that doesn't really give you any satisfaction. Sure, I upgraded that amulet for 100m+ gold and now I'm better equipped, but what for? farming just a little bit faster?Posted in: Barbarian: Bastion's Keep
This new patch gives me incentive to actually play my character, develop it further.
I'm personally going to stay clear(ish) of the auction house the first week or so of the new patch since I bet everyone will be trying to sell the new legendaries for 300m+ and I'm just going to enjoy playing. For me it won't be about dishing out the most ilvl 63s' anymore, I have a new goal and loot that drops will only be gravy, unlike the prior feeling of running against a brick wall on my lvl 60.
TL:DR: Don't get overly hyped about the new legendaries, Finally the AH simulator is derailed by the new paragon system. Just enjoy playing and as you ramp up your paragon lvls, you'll fill out your weapon rack as well.

Posted in: Diablo III General DiscussionQuote from v3ter4nplans skyrocketed in price the first day they announced the buff to ilvl 61-62 weapons..they are still more than they were before the announcement..but they have settled on US currently to around 1-5mil per plan
Ah, wasn't aware of that, I felt the current prices were fairly low compared to the armor plans considering what high end weapons are selling for on the AH.

Since Blizzard said that ilvl 61 and 62 will now be able to roll the same dps as ilvl 63 weapons, that will most likely also apply to the ilvl 62 crafted weapons, won't it?Posted in: Diablo III General Discussion
Looks like crafting recipes will be scyrocketing if that is the case, so you might want to consider investing in some plans before that happens.
However, just because they "can" roll high dps doesn't necessarily mean that you can turn a profit by crafting them, only time will tell.
I have a plan to lvl some characters equipping only gear that i craft or that drops for me, so this would be a welcome change!

That's a good question, OP. I wonder how they will manage that. Maybe they won't change the 2 set bonus and "merge" the set bonuses together; so if you wear 2 of each set(or 1 and 3 for that matter), you get the 4 set bonus. That seems like it would solve the problem on their end.Posted in: Diablo III General Discussion

I feel that the WW build doesn't suit that well for co-op because when soloing I just skip all the trash mobs, sprinting past them. That's what makes the WW build so efficient. But when playing with my DH/WD friends, that's not really an option. Also, I'm not really helping them survive by running circles around the mobs.Posted in: Barbarian: Bastion's Keep
When I'm partying, i usually tend to switch to a Frenzy/Revenge spec with some mitigation/movement abilities like leap or charge. Overpower is nice as well. Frenzy for the single target dps and revenge/overpower for aoe.
I just don't feel like a "Team Player" if I'm just sprinting all over the place. They also love having a meat shield in front of them.

Hey fellow Diablo fans!Posted in: Barbarian: Bastion's Keep
So here's the deal. I'm growing tired of the WW/Tornado build and I'm looking for a fun alternative.
I know 1.0.4 is closing in but I just started my summer vacation and want to mix it up now. (Might update the OP for 1.0.4).
My gear is pretty decent , sitting at 92k dps, 54.5% crit, 481% crit dam (all with passives+ench) 46k life and just over 1k resist with Warcry/Impunity. LoH is low, at about 300 and 2.4% life steal.
Here's a link to my profile: http://eu.battle.net...552/hero/227651 I just wrote it all down in case I log out with some weird buffs or an ice cream in my off-hand.
Are all of you still using the WW build or have you been playing around with something else?
I've been tinkering with a sprint build for speed, but throwing in the old single target revenge build since with high damage I should be able to dual weild and still tank mobs (revenge crits for 300k).
I also find the WW build not so good for Co-Op, since my DH/WD friends can't skip the trash and me running in circles isn't really helping them survive.
This is for Act 3 farming by the way.
Hope we can get a good discussion going here.
