    The only item i'm using my shards right now for is tal rasha necklace.

    It sucks saving up around 400 shards... getting my four necks.. then doing it again an hour later.

    I would just rather save them up and then fill up my inventory with necks when the time is right.

    Procs do proc other procs. Wreath of Lightning proc does proc the 4pc Tal Rasha lightning meteor. It's what I use with my set to proc that meteor. Not sure if it procs elemental exposure though.. but I hope it does.

    I loved lightning wizard before I got the firebird set and went fire. I think the lightning rune for arcane torrent is just the best rune for that spell because it procs so many crits which feeds other things.

    I would try and get an odin's son. The lightning proc off your thunderfury doesn't benefit from +lightning damage and I don't think it can proc stuns but I could be wrong.

    You need to make your mind up on set pieces. you should have a complete set of something instead of several pieces of different sets. Try to get full Tal Rasha. The meteors kick butt.

    That necklace is just bad. 23% extra stun duration doesn't make up for that bad roll. Get a neck with +lighting dam and you will notice the difference.

    Storm Crow helm would help with lightning damage as well. Plus when you get 4pc Tal Rasha the fireball might proc the fire meteor (don't know haven't tried it).

    When I was lightning spec, I had 125% lightning damage which made my arcane torrent death to anything out there. I used the piercing rune for electrocute mainly to go through big packs of enemies and it hit harder than trying to bounce the bolt around.

    Inter-Clan trading is something I'd like to see. Would make joining clans worth something instead of being with your friends or seeing all the cool gear people get. There would have to be like a ten day waiting period before you could trade though. So the Chinese sellers have a harder time selling gear.

    Doing rift runs mostly in public games. Most of the time I don't pick up blues in fear of having a full inventory and then having to teleport back to salvage and then the group boots me for not helping.

    But I think the amount of dusts each blue salvage currently gives is about right. If I went around and picked up blues I wouldn't be short on any crafting I do.

    Got all of my gem recipes the first two days. No duplicates. Got one of each somehow and after I had them all they stopped dropping.

    In the old system I was playing MP8. Sometimes MP6-7 if I was being lazy that day but MP8 was my sweet spot.

    Started up the game after patch, switched it to Torment. It defaulted to Torment 4 for some reason and I didn't know about it. Went in and mobs took forever to kill. Looked to me more like MP10.

    Pushed it back down to Torment 2 and felt a little better as to my normal kill time. I would say Torment 2 is right around MP7.

    In Lineage 2, they solved the PVP damage issue by giving people three full HP bars when they were pvping. Basically so no one could be one shot. So if you had 100k HP normally, in game mobs would be able to kill you after you took 100k of damage. But another player would need to do 300k of damage before you died.

    I kind of liked the L2 style of pvping. Didn't like the chance of dropping gear that took me a month to get, but it was still fun.
