posted a message on LoN builds and solo-grifts - whats your accomplishment?

    Quote from Sigmago-next

comfortably doing 50 at the moment with my "Ima Firin mah lazor!" build, picking up ancient set items for when I get bored and want to switch to a more suitable pushing higher grifts build.

Nice! Are you full ancient itemized when running your LoN-setup? How high have youve gone outside your comfort zone when trying to push?
yeah full ancient other than a wailing host which refuses to reroll or even drop ancient. im also using goldwrap as my belt and hergbrash belt in the cube, as I cubed it, rather than rerolling it. Soon as I can get my hands on another belt I can start rerolling to get it ancient and use an aquila cuirass in the cube which in conjunction with a unity and follower should allow me to push a lot further.

posted a message on This Banwave is a joke imo

Sorry, But those that done this cheated.

They took the risk knowing what they where doing was an obvious exploit, and they rightly got banned for it.

Stacking it once by accident , should be obvious to anyone that this was an issue, and that exploiting it would be braking the games rules and they should stop doing it. Stacking it 17 Times for an extended period of time was a giant "Fuck You" towards blizzard.

As in any competitive environment, as soon as someone is found to be cheating, they are rightly banned.

posted a message on TurboHud - three simple questions

turbohud is bannable if u showcase it in streams, and dont hide it for the stream only. otherwise it is not, cause u dont do smth blizzard is allowed to ban.

TH uses memory read and doesnt inject smth in the game. it just lays a transparent overlay over ur diablo screen that shows information only available in ur memory. it is forbidden for companies to read out ur memory tasks, so they cant detect it without revealing their strategies in finding bots and stuff. even so it is technically against their Terms of Service it is against law to ban u reading out ur own memory. if someone ever gets banned for it u can theorytically go to court and punish them pretty hard for it using illegal tools to detect it. prolly nobody would invest this much money to go against blizzard but blizzard doesnt take the risks so aswell. if u are leading a billion dollors worth company u not taking risk on doing illegal stuff that has only real impact for like a 100 ppl of millions customers. it's more or less tollerated but they are not pleased about it. laws can change tho and they can change their TOS but it would not make any impact against human rights in each countries constitution. for EU i can say atleast u will never get banned for using HUDs that work like THud. hope u got my point :)

You could not be more wrong if you covered yourself in treacle, climbed into a bag full of wrong things, and rolled down a very steep hill.

OP, No matter what anyone says about Thud, its not worth loosing an account over, If blizzard wanted people to have mods then they would make it modable like they have wow.

unless you can do it with in game tools, then it is a banable offence.

posted a message on Blizz acknowledges blood shard exploit, abusers most probably getting a ban

You get caught cheating in any competitive environment, you get banned. What Blizzard have done here is send a clear message. And I hope they trawl through the accounts and ban every single cheater.

posted a message on Please Blizzard, take seasons seriously.
Maybe I should rephrase since ppl think this thread is just me complaining about not getting items. Lol. I'm TOTALLY okay with rng. I enjoy it actually. I just want blizzard to regulate the season better. Make things consistent. Not the items or the mobs, I mean the actual progress of the season. Does that make sense? The rules and guidelines, schedules, grift rankings posted that are unobtainable after hotfixes, surprise patches or endings. These kinds of things. Rng is fun when it's the game that is random, but it can be a bit frustrating when the rules are random as well.

you realise that this is only season 2, and that they said that the first season would last longer than subsequent seasons ? I do agree that things like fixes that affect the leader-boards should not take place until the end of a season to ensure that everyone has a fair chance though.

Bit dissapointed that the season is comming to an end so soon though, was expecting 3-4 month long seasons or 4 seasons per year to match "real world" seasons.

Might be an idea for them at the start of a season to say exactly when the season will end. At least then people wont be in for a shock. Perhaps a count down timer as a buff / debuff on the minimap area showing the months / weeks / days till the end of the season.

posted a message on Season 2 - Where should I start?
start at the loading screen like most people :p

What I am planning on doing is getting about 100 - 200 keys from bounties, then levelling up in rifts / Grifts.

No use worrying about crafted gear other than the stuff that gives you XP bonus if you find the plan early on.

    ty for answer!

    2) you mean this goblin from the chest - you can meet him on any location now?
The English, it hurts my eyes.
Its not a chest, he's in a cocoon. No, same location, only that location. And ONLY when the rarespawn is there.
You realize that there are 196 countries in the world, with over 6000 spoken languages, Not everyone speaks English as a first, second, or even a third language. Coming onto forums populated by people from anywhere on the planet and complaining about their language skills is just making you look like an idiot. I am pretty sure that if you were to try and converse with the OP, in their native language you would make mistakes as well.

posted a message on Change stampede for condemn depending of the rift... bad idea?
ONLYefficiant way of doing it would be to have a complete set of items for each spec. Condemn relies heavily on holy gear and items rolling condemn damage, and Stampede needs physical damage and stampede rolled items. Then ofc there are the differences in the builds regarding spells.

To be truely efficient you need two crusaders, one for Condemn, and one for Stampede. otherwise your going to spend a lot of gold and mats re-rolling the one set. and wasting time changing your build between rifts. where with two Saders, you can simply say "switching to my stampede character"

posted a message on Unavoidably, instantly owned by game environment
And this, is the main reason I will not play Hardcore. I am fine to dying and loosing a character due to my own stupidity, but when there is even the slightest chance of an unavoidable, instant kill or unavoidable mechanic which leads directly to the death of a character with no way to mitigate it. Then it is not all about skill, but luck plays a large portion too.

Anything that charges from off screen should not be able to do so until the player is able to see it, or if off screen charge-stun is necessary then every class should have a mechanic similar to wow EMFH racial where they can clear the stun and move away to safety

posted a message on RIP Turbohud, creator called it quits.
Tried it for 1 solo private rift, found myself feeling incredibly "cheaty" by using it, and deleted it part way through the rift at the expense of a rift key!
Sure there are some things that I can see the benefit from, XP per hour timers on buffs etc. But none of these little extras can justify the other things such as being able to see where mob packs are and the lay out of the rift, or the radius of explosions.

Better off without it tbh. Wont effect me if others use it because I am not looking to get on the leader boards.

when there are places in the game (with the right gear) you are able to farm hundreds of millions an hour, Then no being able to buy items for gold is not an option.
