Right now, this is what I plan to do.

Stat Priority: All Resistance > Vitality > Armor > Strength > Physical Resistance
For Act I: 300-500 All Resistances
For Act II – 500-800 All Resistances
For Act III – 800-1000 All Resistances
Act IV – 1k+ All Resistances
    HP: 40,000 or more.
    Dmg: 10,000 or more.

Farming: Act III quest 7 (Kill Azmodan and the map) mentioned by newt0n.
Act III quest 7 (kill azmodan). Do this on nightmare or hell. The key here is to stack gold find and gold radius. An average set will cost you 500,000g and net you 200% gold find and 50 yard radius. You start the game and teleport to Core of Arreat. You then farm until you get the checkpoint on the stairs at the end (1 run should take about a minute). Leave game, resume game, clear to the waypoint this time. Rinse and repeat. With the gear listed and the run time listed you should get almost 300,000g an hour.

Correct me if anything is wrong :)

@luizdeh: Thanks for trying to help. Why should I stack STR than VIT? To survive in Inferno Mode, I was told to balance both stats. I also checked out Kripparian's videos on youtube, thank you very much. It was very useful :)

    @overneathe: Thanks for moving, bump!

    Hello guys,

I have just reached Level 60 for Barbarian, haven't really started Inferno Mode yet.
I need some tips to start on Inferno Mode. So far, I'm stuck with quest in Catherdal where I have to kill these blue monsters and I just get raped lol.

    - I would like to know the best skills build for Inferno or for farming in Hell Mode to get better items for Inferno. Grouped and Solo build.
    - I also would like to know which farming spots that is best for the item drops to use for Inferno.
    - Do you stack VIT, balance STR/VIT, or what?
    - How do you make money? How do you determine prices in items selling in Auction House?
    - What items' stats should I really focus on for farming/finishing Inferno?

    Other feedbacks are welcome. Thanks!

Seem like Demon Hunter is taking the top vote for the best solo/farmer. I'm going with DH then :)

In reply to Messor & Diktat: So it seems that Demon Hunter is the best solo class in the game and also works in groups as well right?

If so, Demon Hunter seem to be my choice after Barb :) and then probably Wizard or Witch Doctor.

Best solo classes for farming (in that order) are:

    DH > WD > Wizard > melee

    End of story.

As for pvp, we really have no idea, since it's impossible to test... Damage will likely be changed when directed to players, since most classes hit/crit for over the max hp...

Thanks for the reply also :) - Can you also give reasons for that order?

Best solo heros in the game atm are wizard and barb (wizard coming way ahead)... DH is good for solo too but there are situations that DH can't manage but wiz + barb can... WD can solo but it's harder than with other ranged guys

Monk is the 1 that can't really manage later acts (you can with decent gear but you can't really farm the gear yourself)

    So:
Ranged: Wizard > Demon Hunter > Witch Doctor
    Melee: Barbarian> Mushroom > Monk

Thanks for the reply. What about PVP-wise? Is Barb and Wizard viable to be strong?

I wasn't sure where to post this so I figured I'd do it here.. I need your help!

I've just finished Barbarian at Level 60. I'm now planning to do next hero after farming my items for the Barb.

I am stuck on which heroes to choose from.. I want an hero that I can mostly solo on and can do well in PVP whenever it comes out.

Which class is it? Please state reasons too so it makes my decision more easier. Thanks for the help guys!
