1.000 LoH -> 1.500 hps -> 195 (390 respectively) hps while WW'ing
x being the amount of LL and dividing by 8 because of the LL-reduction in inferno we'd get:
30.000x / 8 = 390
--> x = 0.104
So this would mean 10.4% LL is worth 1.000 LoH at "only" 30k dps?
Since the equation is linear, this would mean that at 60k dps 5.2% LL would be worth 1k LoH... not that bad IMO, since 60k dps BUFFED (don't forget the 110% WW dmg) is reachable with medium/good not superior gear.
I don't want to say, that this makes LL inferior to LoH, but this puts it in a decent position (regarding your dps)... and 800dps+ 1sock (for crit dmg) weaps with 3-4% LL are MUCH cheaper than if they had 500-600 LoH...
Also don't forget that you can get LL on Barb-only Belts... You can easily get 9-10% with weapons and belt only, as a dual wielder.. (which, if the 13/26%-LoH-rule for WW is right, and my calc isnt wrong, should be as effective as ~1.9k LoH at 60k dps // ~1.3k LoH at 40k dps ...)
This in combination with some LoH jewelery could be a much more affordable task than high-LoH only builds...
(I'm just making this up atm... no proof or anything possible, since I'm at work... and also I'm pretty tired and everything I calc'ed may eventually be wrong...)
(//edit: Also this calculation completely forgets the LoH from Sprint - Run Like The Wind. It's effectiveness is reduced to 20% as of the chart, but it skyrockets your aps to somewhere not imaginable.. at least it feels like it.. same with devils anvil rune for hammer.. this will definitely give LL a hard time to compare to LoH... but nonetheless I think LL is a nice addition to LoH and a good alternative for weapons/belts...)

So IF mf would have an influence on the number of affixes rolled on a magic/rare (read: "if the mf roll is working its way down/up the list of Murskatumien") wouldn't this mean, that it indirectly takes influence on the iLvL of the item, since afaik the number of affixes is capped for each iLvL (6 for iLvL 62/63, 5 for iLvl 61, 4 for iLvL 60 and below), and therefore has an influence on base dps/armor AND the budget for the affixes?

I'm having a pretty hard time in act2 and beyond and I don't know what I can do from here on. My stats:
7.7k armor (with war cry) (6k with Zerk/WW Build)
650-750 resi all (with war cry)
7.5k dps (11k with Zerk/WW Build)
37% crit (without weapon mastery) // (55% with Zerk/WW Build)
I tried both "valuable" inferno builds: Revenge-Spam full Tank (http://us.battle.net...RVkP!UbV!cZbccZ) and Mass CHC inf Zerk/WW with Bloodlust (http://us.battle.net...iVkP!UZY!cbYccc)
I get the feeling that the Zerk/WW build is too much reliant on the number of mobs I can hit but the hps via bloodlust ist just crazy. But once WW falls off due to the lack of monsters around I'm dead in 3-4 hits...
With the Revenge-Spam Build I can take some more hits, but nothing's really dying.
So I just wanted to ask YOU, what I can do? My weap is 750dps with 500LoH, I dont have the gold to get one of those crazy 10-50 mio 1k dps LoH weaps...
When I come home from work, I'll give you some screens of my equip.
(Edit: Oh and yes, I know there's a ranged-Barb build, that works kinda nice... But I already have a Demon Hunter and I wanted to play a Barb to punch demons in their faces head to head...)

i.e. if dmg is calculated on impact but crit chance isnt, will all the projectiles i shot before the first impact until one second after be crits? would that make max-ias builds or even dw 1-handed xbows inferior (more projectiles before the first impact and possibly more +crit dmg on 2x 1handed xbow)?
Or is everything calced on impact and only the impacts 1sec after the first hit will be crits? would this make multishot inferior to nt (at least for 4mob-champs and trash-mobs since you would be able to get in more definite crits in that 1sec window than with NT?
Aaaah... too many questions...

I've got some short questions regarding the Cull of the Weak (+DMG vs slowed mobs) and the DPS mechanics behind this passive.
First of all, I currently use a xbow with "+xx cold damage". Any mob (incl. Champions/rares) have a "snared" over there head, once i hit them. Some seem to get slowed, some don't. Question is: Does CotW work on the ones having the snare effect but aren't really (seeable) slowed?
Second question is regarding game mechanics regarding the skill. Let's take the scenario of a Nethertentacle hitting a white mob 2 times. Since the cold-dmg seems to work on NT too, the mob would be slowed on the first hit. Question is: Is CotW considered on the second hit even if the mobs was NOT slowed once I shot the NT?
Taking it one step further: Consider I shoot 5 NT's perfectly in a line of mobs, and every NT will hit a single enemy only once and all 5 NT's are shot BEFORE the first NT hits a mob. Question: After the first NT to slow the enemies, do the other NT's consider CotW?
I think it all comes down to the question: At wich point is the dmg of a projectile calculated?
And for me personally: Would you consider it useful to drop ShSh for CotW with the cold-dmg-xbow, since it would effect every shot/skill after the first hit? (If it does...)
