Probably because the PTR is still down.

Exactly because of the rift keystones. If you have to farm more keystones, you lose time doing bounties.

Actually the benefits of Multiboxing are relatively low.The time it takes to get a working T6 setup is pretty long (especially if you don't have a character with which you can boost your MB accounts through T6 rifts to get shards).
You have to equip 3/4 characters with the class-sets. You have to get them in sync with different things. Movementspeed and CDR for example. You need more toughness since dying wastes quite a lot of time.
Picking up items to get crafting materials on all of the accounts is a huge pain. (Remember that you will have to reforge / craft quite a lot on each one, otherwise they are lacking statwise). MB'ing is nearly impossible with a bad latency.

Overall the clearing speed of a decent MB setup is always a lot lower then that of a comparable group of normal players. Sure, if you are farming for a specific legendary it is nice to be able to Multibox since the chances to get it are better. But you will need to invest a lot of time in builiding the setup and RNG is still RNG. You are not guaranteed to find SMK, Furnace or w/e because of that while you miss on masses of xp.

And yes, I'm multiboxing quite a bit. If you would see it "live" you wouldn't call it hacking/cheating or even an unfair advantage anymore.

Why do you want vitality as a dh? Having more toughness on high grifts doesn't help you anyway since you are a onehit.

I would reroll the dmg range. You can get +270 max dps and with vigilante belt you can get the cdr somewhere else until you find a better FotF.
Rings rolling/dropping with good stats is really rare, so I would consider just rolling 10% cdr
If you reroll the 9% damage to cdr the weapon will be at ~3.2k dps.
If you reroll the base dmg the weapon can get up to 3.8k dps. I'm really not sure if 10% cdr are worth 600 weapon dps.
Either reroll the vitality to CDR if you don't need it or reroll base damage and wait for a better drop imo.

Though even if T6 increases your chance to get a RoRG by 100% it would still be about 2-5 times faster if you farm it in a normal bounty DH Danetta grp.
If they implemented it that way where T6 only equals double the chance of normal yes. But nowhere did they imply it is anything like that. Not saying I know which difficulty is optimal, just saying it's weird people like you are so confident that normal is better when Blizzard hasn't made it clear themselves.
If you look at only RoRG farming time then T6 would need a dropchance that is 6-10 times higher then the normal one to even be on the same level. Obviously I don't know the exact droprates but imo it just can't compare.
Sure, farming normal might not be fun - it isn't for me either which is why I only do as many bountys as I need and I often farm them on higher torment so they are not as boring. But that's not really the point to discuss if you only want to look at the efficiency of RoRG farming.

ARE YOU KIDDING ME? "No 3rd WoW"?
Paragon 605, 500-600 hours, 140k blood shards. Still no Wand of Woh. And you're asking for a 3rd? Yeah sure...
You are Paragon 606 according to the clan interface. Not sure if I will get you before you come back. :D
But maybe I should multibox for some WoW's... :>

The guy was asked several times to slow down, he was clearly there to farm ahead of us using us extra players as just a tool for himself. Yeah the guy was a douchebag. There are no free drops when the offending party is that far ahead.

I dont play for free drops, I play to have fun, lol I should be grateful for an asshole ruining my gaming experience.

I hate your kind of epeen attitude
I completely understand you. It's not only about drops, experience and gold. There is nothing more boring then running after someone who just oneshots all the mobs and I don't really understand why people don't get this.
There is no reason to be grateful to someone like that. And I really don't get how some people think they are "helping" others like this if they didn't ask for it.
That is of course only my opinion and I have no problem with people who enjoy being carried. Especially for fast leveling from 1-70 or something I do that sometimes as well. But don't just go and assume people will love you for carrying them please.
    Quote from Decemberdk
to tell you the truth ,mate , you can be kicked either been so good or so bad ,i got kicked twice coz i was SCing + soloing entire level without them catching up with me, they told me to slow down and i told them to fuk off so i got kicked .

and 1 rift was so funny that the guy who opened the rift told me to slow down or be kicked out , blow are our chats

the guy: can you slow down plz ? and kill the trash ?

me: no ,you are wasting time

the guy: i opened the rift so start listen

me : kick me if you want

    the guy: i wouldnt wantthat

me: that's how high end farmings work ,so shut and and speed this shit up

    the guy: .................

and i wasnt kicked but the guy left straight away after i talked to orek

    me : lol

you are just been so good running forward killing shit ,nothing wrong with you ,my friend .just keep doing what you do and tell those people either to speed farm or fuk off .
And this is exactly what I meant. You join a game and start doing things other people don't want to do. Not everyone has to enjoy being carried through rifts or whatever. Not everybody wants to speed farm. If you are looking for that why don't you look for other people in communitys/clans? Though to be honest I don't think a lot of people would enjoy playing with someone who has an attitude like you...

#28 are you joking? no one going to use explosive blast if its get no buffs. everyone going to use hydra etc. so wand of woh and explosive blast will be absolete. look on the leaderboards of solo wiz no one using it, because other spec are so strong. 2.1 is still testing on ptr. but if its does not receive any love. Then he should rewrite the guide.
But that's not a specific problem with WoW because it's "too weak" which was your whole point. It is a general problem with squishy melee builds. Pet builds are favoured because of the high damage you get otherwise and not because of EB doing low damage.

i feel like you undervalue Life on Kill for me its second most sought secondary (after CCreduction since i have 0)my group average killing speed is about 1.5kills/sec that is 7500 life every sec from 5000 Life on Kill. Considering how limited wizards healing is, this is best u get.
When u kill pack u get enough globes to fully heal so packs are not problem as long as u kill em fast. But if u get rift with high monster density(low pack density) u wont get enough heal there, with 10k-20K life on kill it gets much easyer
Like Bagstone already said, LaK doesn't help you in the situation you mostly need it. Sure, it is generally a strong healing stat but in the situations where you are in danger of dying (Rift bosses, annoying packs) - at least that's my experience - LaK is not providing a lot of healing since you are not killing anything.
