I’m a very Tanky Monk looking for some DPS’ers to join me in farming Act 1 and playing out the rest of the game on Inferno Mode. If you’re interested then please keep on reading for more information.
Who am I?
My name is Rick, I am 19 years old and I play a lvl 60 Monk on the European Servers. I am building my Monk mostly as a Tank, and I currently have about 800 all resistance (70 % reduction), 6000 armor (70 % reduction) and 11000 DPS. Because of my Tankyness I can solo Act 1 easily, although a bit slow due to low DPS.
What am I looking for?
Due to my low DPS I realize that playing out the game will be a very slow process (especially with all the farming that is involved). I am looking for DPS’ers that have a friendly attitude, that don’t mind exploring every corner and just taking your time to enjoy the game, but at the same time have the will to improve and to play out every inch of the game.
If anyone has a Clan or Guild I could join I would be up for that too, as long as it fits the description above.
What are my goals?
My first and foremost goal would be to take some time to farm up our gear and to play out the game on Inferno Mode. After that I would focus on gaining all the achievements (events etc.) that you can get on 1 character. If other people would be up for rerolling after that I would happily join them in order to get those characters to 60 as well.
What are the advantages of grouping up
I will proberbly forget to mention a few but here are some of the advantages I think are proberbly the most decisive/important:
Faster Farming Runes / Questing Times
Because I can Tank and round up the Mobs as well as take the blunt of the damage you could focus more on doing damage as well as having an easier time doing area of effect dmg effectively.
Double chance on the right gear to drop
Because loot is individual and our classes will need different types of loot there is a chance that I for instance would find a really good Demon Hunter cloak for the Demon Hunter in our group whilst our Wizard might find a great Barbarian weapon etc.
Fun
Kind of obvious, it’s a lot more fun to group up and do something with a group of people then to grind all by yourself!
When?
I can personally play every day from 18.30 (GMT+1) until at least 21.00 and from 08.00 untill 0.00 on weekends. I have a little bit of flexibility in this schedule but not much.
