I kind of agree. D2 druid could be pretty fun in D3. Animal forms as cooldowns and pewpew nature spells.Quote from Eric998765»
I really don't see the point of a necro when Witch Doctors are basically just that. I'll take a Druid please

On a different note for the same concept, though, I actually LOVE the "cannot be traded" call. For the first time in this game's short lifespan, there's a reason to farm for something and the reason isn't to sell it. Good call. - To post a comment, please login or register a new account.

I only have about 600k at present, so my spending budget is not high. Below is a link to my Armory profile.

What should I do for gear changes, first of all? As you can see, my resistance is next to nothing. Reflect Damage kills me in a matter of seconds right now with my new shot selection of Ball Lightning. I tried running Shadow Power but in my current gear, it still wasn't making much of a dent in my survivability. I would simply get 2-shot rather than instagibbed by mobs running with my friends on MP 5-6. I know I should probably be running around 400 or so resistances, but I honestly do not know what pieces of my gear I should replace and what I should be going for statswise in their stead.
Secondly, what about my build? Does it seem fine? I'm running the ferrets right now just to try and get some gold increase, since my total is so low. Once I have resistance, do I switch to Shadow Power and leave everything else the same? Are my shot selections fine? What about passives, if I change my gear a bit should I change those, as well?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I kinda have to go with what this guy said. The only difference here is this is gear. Really, when you break it down, everything you get is "BoA" because your Stash is universally shared to begin with. They just made it so you can't farm these up to sell them. If anything, this makes the idea of these rings sound more interesting to me. Rather than doing it for cash, I'm doing it for myself.

If we're just talking Inferno, I don't think I would be scaling up very much. I would probably scale up a bit more for things like Act 1, but scale back down for things like Act 3. I'm looking at Act 3 as probably a ML 3 to start, if my previous assumption on how much it adds ends up being correct.
However, for things like normal and nightmare, I'll be going at least double that. It will be nice to have the extra challenge even in the lower level ranges. That should make the experience of leveling less boring.

I mean, the number of people using the public game format int he first place was kinda small from day 1. It's kinda hard to tell how many are still logging in and playing when you can't see how many people are actively online.

Calm down and wait. We've only got a couple of weeks, guys. I'm sure things will look nice.
Well..at least I'm crossing my fingers, anyway.

I mean, you don't talk to people outside of a forum the same way you do to people on it, do you? THAT is civil. Pretend that guy making that post before you that you just quoted is, you know, an actual person. Because they ARE an actual person.
That's not really that hard.
On topic, though, how can a game that has minimal group play and no subscription requirement be "dead"? While I have my gripes about the game, and I have certainly slowed to a near stop in playing it, I wouldn't say the game is dead. It wasn't really alive in the first place, considering that most of it was spent solo.
That's like saying Final Fantasy 7 is dead because way fewer people are buying it.

Maybe some of us haven't actually killed Diablo on Inferno yet. I'm on Act 4, but I just can't bring myself to keep going. This future patch makes me a bit more excited to try and make that final push forward.

You can lack that sort of belief all you want. I won't stop you. However, your attempts to sway me of my conviction to my faith will not work, either.
I made my choice to be a Christian. You made your choice not to be. Just like any choices either of us makes in life, neither are going to be affected by the other. So, beyond that fact of logic...why even care in the first place? I don't care if you're an Atheist. Stop being so concerned that I'm a Christian.
