- Absolut Zero: Each enemy you hit grants 2% increased damage for the next Cold spell you cast. / Black Hole's damage turns into Cold.
Ray of Frost Cost: 16 Arcane Power / Project a beam of frozen ice that blasts enemies within 5 yards of the first enemy hit for 280% weapon damage as Cold and Slows their movement by 60% for 4 seconds.
- Sleet Storm : Create a swirling storm around you that grows up to a 22 yard radius, dealing 364% weapon damage as Cold to all enemies caught within it.
Unwavering Will Unwavering Will
- stat : Standing still for 2 seconds increases the following attributes: / *Armor: 20% / *All Resistances: 20% / *Damage: 10%
- stat : You deal 20% additional damage to enemies within 15 yards.
These 3 passive give the following for a sleetstorm build. AND sleetstorm has been upgraded to GROW which makes it much more efficient.
- You will stand still for 2 second = 20% armor/resist – 10% damage
- You will have monsters around you, as this is sleet storm = 20% damage to 80% of the mobs
- Cold snap you all know – Frozen targets 20% dmg
Sum up – 20% armor 20% resist 50% damage + you get more cold damage too from black hole.
Ohh the changes to Wave of Force also looks cool – you can spam it now, no CD and you can use it for a lightning build (+20% dmg)
