Hey there.Posted in: EU Servers Trading
I'm thinking about changing my main to another class, so could some of you please estimate the worth of my Barbarian's current equipment?
Profile is Rime#2324.
Thanks in advance.

Your stats look fine for A2, try using Furious Charge with Dreadnaught, Threatening Shout with Falter (you can keep Ignore Pain instead of this, mostly comes down to preference, but I recommend atleast testing it) and Leap with Iron Impact instead of Groundstomp, Rend and Ignore Pain if incoming Damage is your problem, otherwise try using Wrath of the Berserker with Insanity and Earthquake with Path of Fire and ditch Leap + Threatening Shout for those two. Personally i use the latter for A2 because most of the time you can atleast kill one champion during the duration of your cooldowns which makes fighting the rest considerably easier.Posted in: Barbarian: Bastion's Keep
For A3 on the other hand I use the former option because mobs hit like a truck and have too many hp to die to our cooldowns. I recommend you just try both options and see what works best for you.

Happy if I was able to help, if you (or anyone else for that matter) have any questions that were not already answered in this or other threads you can always pm me.Posted in: Barbarian: Bastion's Keep

These are my current items / stats (yes i got pretty lucky with some of these / paid a lot of money for others). This is just to give you an idea, you don't NEED these stats to succeed in A3, i have done it with less (you might have to do more kitng though). And even I could easily get 30k+ additional hp just by getting a better helm / belt / shield.
Before you get any ideas, the Justice Lantern is not needed, high block% sure helps, but is not mandatory, personally i would rather have a ring with life% / AR / Vit / Str.

In terms of equipment you should try to get more armor / hp / phys res (amulet alone can get you about 10k hp, same with shoulders / shield), you can easily drop some dps (in case you didnt equip your enchantress yet, do it, you can get her to 4k+ dps without spending a lot of money). And in terms of build, try using furious charge with dreadnought, helps a lot with keeping your hp up. Also only tank cleavers while your leap buff is up, otherwise they just kill you (annoying, I know, but there really is no other way).Posted in: Barbarian: Bastion's Keep

To be honest, you don't need any legendaries to do fine in inferno. You don't need SoE, HoC or SS. 11% block really seem a little low though, I overlooked that earlier. But you can do fine with a Sacred Shield that has 16%+ Block, ideally you would get one with Vit / AR / %Life. In my opinion a good Sacred Shield is better than SS and it is far cheaper aswell. Regarding SoE, it generally is not melee damage that kills us, since we can just revenge spam given enough mobs + a really good rare belt is better regardless (since a belt can roll 150+ vit / 12% Life and up to 80 AR). Admittedly though, Helm of Command is the best you can get given a decent roll.Posted in: Barbarian: Bastion's Keep
Personally I am tanking A3 with pretty much no problems at all, unsless mob affixes + types get really nasty (e.g. fleeing mobs with molten + firechains) and the only legendary i am using is Justice Lantern (30% Block total). To see which stats currently are best for you, I recommend using the EHP (effective HP) spreadsheet someone posted on these boards (vit + %Life is way better than most people seem to think).

When I started running A3 i had below 10k dps, so that should not be a problem (try to get some items with high int / vit / ias for your enchantress, you can get her up to 4k+ dps without spending more than 300k or so, helps alot). Your HP and Armor (that is if you have your enchantress with armor buff with you in that screenshot) seem a bit low though, so try to improve on that.Posted in: Barbarian: Bastion's Keep
I am sitting at 11.2k dps currently, with my enchantress having another 4k and i don't run into problems all too often (that is unless mobs are running away / have extra health + stuff i have to dodge) and even then i generally can tank the enrage long enough or just kill them the second time around.
All this is just regarding everything up to the siegebreaker. I don't recommend doing anything past that on your own until your gear drastically improved, it takes ages and is generally not worth it.
Another thing: bringing a DPS (wiz / dh / wd) with you makes things considerably easier.
