If there wasnt slow on knockback it would be the best affix EVER. Whenever ranged were hit they would get range on their enemies without having to do anything. It's annoying, sure, but it's necesarry.

I can farm Act 2 now .. venturing into Act 3 tonight.

I'll assume your talking about inferno. Remember you have to kill diablo on inferno to unlock the Infernal Staff of herding, in order to access whimsyshire on inferno difficulty.

Whisyshire is rated at act 4 in difficulty. So I would say once you've killed diablo and got act3/4 on farm. go for it!
You dont need to kill diablo on inferno in order to unlock the staff?

I think it's worth getting the infernal staff of herding. It's a nice little item to show off and it's really not that expensive. It's fairly easy to farm there for most classes and I'd definitely say that it's easier than act 4 since all mobs are melee.

I'd say this is not a legit kill, not to throw shit at him, he's an outstanding player but I just don't feel like it done the way it's supposed to be.
How do you want people to do it? He has been farming goblins forever. You will have to be stuck at parts of the game repeating them over and over in order to progres. It's like in softcore even - you can't walk straight into inferno and expect to have it cleared just because you're persistent.
Don't hate the player, hate the game. Blizzard created a game where you are supposed to rinse and repeat certain parts in order to be the most efficent. But I'd certainly agree that it's sort of cheesy sitting act 2 and farming goblins forever, just to be so strong that skills barely matter anymore - and it will get even worse when Blizzard buff drop rates.

Yeah, I will easily 1 shot myself with a Nether Tentacle.
Haha, how can you possible be whining over this?
"Buhu, noone can play DH anymore because you can't stack 200k dmg and not care about armor, resistances nor armor. What is this? :'("
Demon Hunters are the most broken class atm and they need nerf. There should be no class where it's a viable strategy to stack 1 stat.

I'm actually quite amazed that the cap is even higher than 1.4B. I mean, I expected it to cap somewhere in the hundred millions.
Why would you except a cap? Just because there was in D2 where gold was nearly useless? :P

How'd it go for you guys? =P
Yeah I'm pretty curious about that too. With 12-16 hours on daily basis you should all be able to steamroll inferno pretty easily by now.

    Quote from Swagger

... which class is the cheapest to get farming going?
I think that'd be the wizard too. It seems like monks and barb are the most expensive since they have to be all up in the face of their enemies, while the three ranged classes can kite their enemies.
From what I have experienced from streams and forums witch doctors are pretty bad atm. I dont know :P
Wizards and DH's seem pretty equal: They are both able to get huge ammounts of dmg going while still having skills that can slow enemies enabling massive kiting.

Fuck. Off. Blizzard. Seriously what are this is so bullshit
At BlizzCon Blizzard was like "Inferno: Going to be soloable. Will be hard, but will be soloable :-)"
Mobs hit me for 54k despite having 50% dmg reduction. How are am I supposed to do anything about this as a wizard? I just spent hundreds of gold on armor optimizing my build centering around force armor and then they fucking remove it in a hotfix without letting anyone know? So stupid.
