Added block calculations. Block is not included in reduction calculations as it would require combat simulation and would be way too dynamic / situational. You can compare different block value shields with it, higher rating => better reduction value.
You can either add average block amount or min-max value to block amount field.

No1 knows yet... PVP is only gonna be "for fun" so I wouldn't pick hero with PVP in mind...
I'd really see 2 factors that come into decision making: Do you play as grouped or solo? You want to play Melee or ranged?
DH seems best option if you play grouped, high damage and decent survivability with smoke screen
WD is really nice if you going for 4 man grouped play, witch doctor has worst survivability set but buffs the other group really nicely unlike other rangeds
Wizard is as good for group play as it is for solo... Wizard has the best surivability set of the ranged heros
Barbarian, really nice burst dps but quite situational survivability, good cc (stuns), shout is pretty much the best buff there's in the game, barb is still nice for group play but far better for solo play
Monk, really nice survivability, lowest dps (quite nice aoe) out of all champs in the game, mantras (Hard Target / Overawe) are very good for group play

Maybe you should go buy lottery ticket if u got 11k armor + 600 resist with tons of vit too without AH + tons of money...
I have 200+ hours /played on my monk (done act 3 but I can't really survive there yet, 10-15 full act 2 runs, 50+ full act 1 runs... Also, tons of boss farm runs with 5 neph) and so far, I've found 4 usable items (bracers and shoulders which are just barely decent, decent boots and 688 dps weapon with 980 life on hit)...
Meanwhile, I fully geared my DH, Wiz and WD friends who don't play so much...
I leveled wizard and am currently farming act 3 with 40 hours /played and no gear whatsoever...
But yes, as I said in my first reply: "You can farm act 3&4 with decent gear but getting that gear might be tough" ...

Best solo heros in the game atm are wizard and barb (wizard coming way ahead)... DH is good for solo too but there are situations that DH can't manage but wiz + barb can... WD can solo but it's harder than with other ranged guysPosted in: Theorycrafting and Analysis
Monk is the 1 that can't really manage later acts (you can with decent gear but you can't really farm the gear yourself)
Ranged: Wizard > Demon Hunter > Witch Doctor
Melee: Barbarian> Mushroom > Monk

IAS actually works as intended (IAS is only supposed to be on weapons and it increases the base attack speed of a weapon).
However, it does nothing if it's on armor... ASI is a stat that is meant to be on ARMOR and IAS stat on WEAPONS
The bug is that armor can get IAS proc too (and some legendary items have IAS instead of ASI by mistake...)
