Plenty of legit players offering their services. You do realize that certain classes can't progress past Act 2 Inferno w/o a3/a4 gear and are forced to farm the AH/farm mediocre A1 gear to post on the AH/pay people for resplendant chests,pony runs and boss kills.
Making assumptions is pretty dumb. How do you know he didn't farm his gear? Or got lucky with early drops and sold them for millions on the AH?
Even assuming he paid for his gear, so what? It all comes down to time == money. If you want to spend time farming your gear, that's one way to look at it. If you rather spend money, why does it matter?
And PVP isn't supposed to be balanced, so not sure why the pvp complaint.
