how did monks snap lifesteal? put on a lifesteal weapon with shit stats except 6% LS and then start channeling + switch?
yeah i guess, maybe they just snapshot for the damage buffs thou.

snapshotting shadow power has been around for quite some time, i do it pretty much every day with my strafer :3 and alot of monks do it with their tempest rush builds. works on all channels.Posted in: Diablo III General Discussion

try ghost bomb firebomb and acid bomb lob blob + dogs/garg + spirit walk / soul harvest.Posted in: Witch Doctor: The Mbwiru Eikura
pets benefit from armor, hp, weapon damage and AR iirc. life reg and thorns with passive but you don't want that.

it amazes me that they actually "work" on making firebats a contender. And it's still one of the most useless spells everPosted in: Witch Doctor: The Mbwiru Eikura
I mean a channeling aoe with what 5-6 yards radius? come on. we already have a standing still channeling high damage spell with alot bigger radius (bears) what's up with having a lesser brother of the same type just worse.

ballistic spec = strafe with rocket rune + sentry with spitfire runePosted in: Demon Hunter: The Dreadlands
that works atleast :3

For Barbs who use Into the Fray: If you use WotB Thrive on Chaos, IAS helps with sustainability by allowing you to dump fury faster through Whirlwind / HotA -- fury generation itself is largely irrelevant if your crit rate is high. If you do not use ToC, fury is mostly irrelevant period. You can get by in a tornado build with no IAS and a slow weapon-- it just might be annoying keeping WotB up.
It's not a question wheter or not you need the IAS to get enough resource generation to do X build. It's a fact that IAS can be used to greatly improve you resource generation.
On topic is crutch.
First, I was just clarifying, which I guess I failed at -- the issue with keeping up WotB is getting *rid* of fury, not generating it. WW Barbs are constantly spamming buffs they already have active just to dump excess fury to keep WotB: ToC going, and the fury globe still stays pegged at max just about all the time in combat. If all of our skills except WotB cost twice as much fury, that would make playing WW builds a lot easier. I guess Barbs generate more fury spamming Bash, for example, with more IAS than with less, but it would be pretty silly to design a build around that. Barbs either use Into the Fray and resource generation is trivial regardless of attack speed, or they don't use it because their build doesn't care much about fury. They don't stack IAS to generate more fury in any barb build I've seen with the possible exception of a "pure" HotA / WotB build, but that's one specific build and the only point of increasing fury there is to feed one rune on one skill, and we're talking a fairly small amount of IAS. That's not to say WD doesn't need some sort of resource buff -- I have no idea if they do or not -- but justifying it by pointing at Barbs generating increased fury through IAS is a fundamental misunderstanding of the way that class currently functions.
Second, I think you mean "clutch."
I meant clutch indeed. :3
More ias, more ticks from each tornado from sprint, more crits, more fury. IAS = more fury.
