If I don't get it wrong you can just stop using Dark3d now and you won't get banned. Come on, Diablo 3s graphics are not that bad once you are used to them. They may look cartoonish but they really work for this game.

I stop using them as of today after i read that but if they still feel banning me even though it technically never made me have an advantage.. im gonna be whatever. Just sayin wont be getting their stuff anymore if it happens.

You knew this, and still decided to take a risk with using Dark3d; according to the creator however it doesn't interfere directly with the client in any way whatsoever, so the likelihood of you receiving a ban is minimal.

Im tired of people who call someone a jackass just because they feel what they used is not technically cheating yet they say any mods are..

For using Dark3d that is simply an overlay to enhance the shitty cartoon graphics and the Diablo 3 font ingame changer I am done giving blizz my money..

my toons are low level (lv 38 highest) and ive only gathered approx 700,000 coin total..

No PvP.

- It is coming in a later patch.

The Auction House never works.

- They are still working out the bugs on the game, yes they have been working on the game forever but at the same time give them a little more time...

The game just doesn't feel right.

It has no addictive components.

- It has the components of having to ALWAYS get better loot and addictive ness is good because every game is not the same.

I live in a big city, its just that the specific gamestop I preordered at, didnt have enough preorders to warrant a midnight release.

Now if you've got some extra dough to blow, Do what I did; I ordered the CE and got the annual pass (for whatever twisted reason I want my WoW account always active). So I can play on release and then input my code later.

Now while there's a 'chance' it could happen, I don't think what you plan to do will delete your characters or progress. It's saved server side, and I would expect that if they delete your SE license (by refunding your money and taking it off your account) it won't affect the saved file and it would be as if you have just canceled your sub to WoW. I could be wrong, but I think you'll be fine.

I don't play MMO's so cannot say I have a WOW subscription hehe, anyways thanks for the input

honestly never see the CE box becoming a very expensive thing (400+) to obtain, its just a game after all. I will install all the contents, and copy the soundtrack onto my computer and the pack it back in and keep it there on the shelf of games to COLLECT .. ! after all ..

its a collectors edition !

I have preordered the CE edition of Diablo III at my local Gamestop, however they said to me they will not have a midnight release so I will have to wait until the stupid store opens up on May 15th at 10am.

I contacted Blizz support and asked them if I ordered the digital game online and started playing at release time, and by the time I went to get my CE from the store and put in my CE code into my account, they would fully refund my money for the digital copy instead of giving me a new D3 Key code. (They said yes they would)

However, they stated they did not know if this would effect my games save points and items etc as they have not encountered it yet if they were to refund me the money for the digital download even if I had a CE code in terms.

So my main question is , should I get the digital download , play all night long and then in the morning when I get my CE box and put it in, and risk my progress until they refund my monies from the digital download or just wait til I get my CE the morning ?

Just unsure what to do.

Input would be appreciated
