How difficult is this too understand?
Im not sure u got it right. Im not questioning the system. Im just shocked since before Ive gotten them less then once a week. and now 6 on a night
since I play almost everyday ive learned the droprate is really really low. ive been imagining that if Im lucky I might find 2 on a night or maybe 2 in 2 consecutive days but 6 in a night made me wonder.
RNG is ocf RNG i hear ya but then again is it wrong to be shocked about this ?

the "R" in RNG stands for R A N D O M
ps: gz lucker OP
yea but it just felt suspicious when I get so many on one night of gaming. since I have gotten maybe one per week and more often then not I didnt get any. So the chance for a legendary to drop must be super low right ? then one night i get 6 is it wrong to be shocked ?
Quote from JKCLMaybe the best fix for the legendary drops rates would be to say (for example) double the legendary/set drop rate, but make it so that the great stats, and thus the best rolled ones, would stay where they are now. This would "flood" the game with low-mid rolled legendaries, which for some people might be upgrades, and it would make it fun for people to simply ID more legendaries/sets.
this is exaclty what I mean ! =)

Ok so I have a question.Posted in: Diablo III General Discussion
pre patch I found like 3 legendarys. After the patch (1.0.4) Ive gotten over 15 and 6 of those dropped for me last night.
has fortune smiled upon me or did I miss a hofix of some kind ?
I really like this since it sooo much more fun to find legendary/set loot. Even if they are crap its still such a nice feeling u get when u see them light up the ground with the nice rare color and u allways smile once they drop.
I really hope I did miss a hotfix or a smaller patch that increased the droprates.
If not, then I hope we will see this in the future. I think this would fix the overprice house and the unrewarding gameplay so many are complaining about.
its not fun like now when u, after 3-5 hours a day 5-7 nights a week, find one (2 at best) legendary/set just to ID it and feel ur spirit sink through the floor cuz it sucks and u know ur not gonna find one again in atleast 50 hours of gameplay.
Im not asking for a rain of great items handed to the players here. But I really think that doubleing the droprate would double the fun of the game. The chances of an legendary item being great are still very very (very) slim.
P.S sleeping with the CD-box under my pillow tonight, maybe my wish will come true. I would really like if everybody else did the same.

I havnt found any posts about this but Im sure Im not the only one who have thought about this.Posted in: Diablo III General Discussion
This came to me yesterday when EuAH was down (still is) wouldnt it be great if I could post a link to my stash in the chat? much like how u can post ur enchanting or blacksmithing in wow.
You click it and get the stash page up, then you browse around and maybe pm an offer for an item.
i know atleast one game that does this, Dragonica (a manga-dungeon crawler, beat 'em up-game)
in this game u can actually do the market thing and put up a stand in town that ppl can interact with just like a NPC and browse ur stuff
Lots will prolly say this isnt nessesary since theres an Ah in the game. Sure but ppl still sell and buy in the trade channel and right now, during "gaming hours", its an endless spam of ppl trying to show up all theyve got for sale
I think this will add more stability (or w/e) to the chat and bring to us a little more diablo Trade feeling with haggling and item vs item trading!
Dont u guys think ?

This +1Quote from mordentralTry using MF gear as well, my useful drop rate skyrocketed when i went from 80% mf to 239%. You just aren't farming correctly.
and also did I miss something or did boss loot get buffed ? from all i know the best way to get gear is by killing random elite packs.
if theres something that i miss from d2 its the unique color and the feeling that I found something that stands out (a rare isnt just as much fun =/ ) but hey! they are buffing the legendarys, so they might be usefull now
the worst thing rightnow about d3 is the resistance. I dont like the way it works now. all the gear has to give u @ress or else u die. theres not a being weak or strong against, just.. you die.
I liked the cap in d2 =)

ur on the wrong site mate. this is diablofans not wowfans
If blizz hit the nail on its head with this system (and I hope they did) I think its gonna be 0% build atleast 50/50 skill - gear. hoping 75/25 skill > gear.
I dont think ppl will be doing retarded builds and not know that they are just that. So I dont think your build will matter at all in the end
