It depends. Iron Skin snapshots - which means you need to cast it before Bombardment. CoE updates dynamically - which means you should cast Bombardment 1-2 seconds before physical comes up.
Basically looks like this: lightning comes up - midway through lightning cast Iron Skin, followed by Bombardment - and then run through the mob with your horse during the physical proc.

Asheara Boots + Legs + Shoulders, RoRG, SoJ, Andies, Cindercoat, Tasker and Theo, random fire/str/cc bracers, random str/fire/cc/chd neck and Maximus. Or perhaps he drops the Cindercoat for Aughild's Chest + Bracers... 15% dmg to elites vs 20% fire skill, either works.
His build is Earthquake (Molten Fury), WotB (Insanity), Call of the Ancients (Council Rises) Battle rage (Marauder's Rage), Avalanche (Volcano) and Furious Charge (Battering Ram). Passives - Berserker Rage, Weapon Master, Ruthless, Unforgiving.
CotA snapshots your attack speed when they are summoned, so you put on a bunch of attack speed gear like the white superior daggers, legacy inna legs etc. pop WotB and then CotA (notice how both of these have been put up prior to the video start point) put all the gear I mentioned above on and that's it.

Pretty straight forward question, for me personally I can farm T6 quite easily on my barb and the upgrades left for it are minimal but I still enjoy playing it i'm just not really finding anything. I would also like to try the many builds out there for other classes that require certain pieces like the wand of woh wizard or jade harvest witch doctor but under the current system I likely never will because I don't have much interest in starting from scratch again with a new class, I want to be able to play my barb while finding pieces of gear for other classes.
That being said, I do think that playing the actual class should be the fastest way to gear that class, so I don't think we should be able to switch the smart loot to another class but being able to simply turn it off so that the loot is 100% random seems like a fair compromise. I wont gear a wizard as fast as someone actually playing a Wizard but via playing my barb I will slowly collect the sets of all classes so that I can try them out.
This would both give reason to continue playing a T6 geared main because you will be able to gear alts while not making people who do like to start from scratch with a new class feel like there taking the slow route because thanks to them having smart loot they will likely find the pieces for that class faster than they would playing there main with smart loot off.
<Edited to make a bit more sense>

With quake set use lut socks and the Earthen Might passive to instantly get max fury when u do 3 leaps and then either run Hota (Smash) or Whirlwind (Volcanic Eruption) based on w/e you like more as filler between leaps.
With IK set there's 2 choices for Ancients rune either Ancient's Fury (for infinite fury) which you use to let you spam HotA, Seismic Slam, Ancient Spear or Council Rises (for pet damage) which is usually used with Whirlwind as it has a fairly low fury cost so is pretty easy to spam and with the council rises rune Tasker and Theo can be pretty good gloves for mad pet damage.

OT:
I love how a guy asks a simple question on a forum and gets flamed by 90% of people because he chooses to play a game differently to the way they think it should be played. Why do u care how he has fun? If you wanna vent about how your right, make ure own topic and let this guy get constructive answers to his question.

That's the problem with D3 loot imo, you've got rares with uninteresting stats which are fairly common and legendaries with awesome stuff which is insanely rare but nothing in the middle. To make a comparison in loot models lets compare a sorc going through loot in D2 and then in D3
D2:
Rare > Cheap Runeword > Spirit Shroud > Vmagi > Tal Armor > CoH. Each adding a new dimension to your character with a rare just being random stats to the runeword giving you a huge boost and then spirit shroud getting you that +1 all skills, vmagi finally some resistances and tal armor so you start building that set and getting that MF rolling before you enter the realms of the godly and put on that insane runeword you've been building. Now without any sort of cheats it still took a very long time to get to the end, but the entire journey was interesting.
D3:
Rare > Rare with 20 more int > Rare with 40 more int > Rare with 60 more int > Legendary. This is how I see it now, you're just constantly hunting for that end-game item with nothing interesting until you get there because the game lacks mid-game loot.
The end game loot needs to be rare but the more common loot that you find up until that point needs to feel like a massive upgrade in itself so that you don't get bored before you get to the end, not just "yay I got 20 more int" that doesn't feel like an upgrade, even if they are getting stronger it makes the player feel like there not improving, not finding anything because theirs nothing substantial about it, it's just boring.

Am I the only one a little disappointed? From what I could tell from the video it was Diablo, Skeleton King and Rakanoth using the same abilities in Diablos shadow realm so they didn't make anything new they just grabbed 3 bosses and put them in the same place. Now, I fully understood this approach with the previous ubers because it was simply a patch so there not expected to do anything huge, but this isn't a patch this is expansion content and that requires more but ironically got less. I mean my dream was to actually have a call back to D2 by re-creating that uber with the male (awesome) Diablo, Baal and Mephisto in Tristram I just would have loved that yet while I didn't expect them to do something that awesome, I at least expected to see some new models/map/abilities and I think it's very poor what they've given us.
