You still haven't replaced everything. Chest, amulet, pants and both rings are just terrible and can easily be upgraded a lot using 20mil divided between all of those. Like I said, all you need to do is go to the AH and check the prices on items much better than your own and see which ones you can actually afford. If you do that, you won't have to come here and post after every single purchase.

The whole point of sprint is that it only uses main hand damage, so you want as much damage as possible on your main hand weapon with relatively minimal stats, while you get the stats (both defensive and offensive) in your offhand and other items. Not that you should ignore stats completely on main hand, but for 1h weapon damage stats are generally cheaper than LS/LoH and when you buy a high DPS weapon the price just skyrockets if you look for LS/LoH, while for a low DPS offhand you can get both on the same weapon for pretty cheap.

A 1200 DPS 150 str socket main hand would be quite better than 1000 DPS with 150 str, socket and 80% crit damage on top, and probably end up costing about the same or less. Also, keep in mind that str/socket and str/crit damage can give a lot more damage per gold spent than crit dmg/socket stat combo. Having all 3 is probably not possible within any sane budget (basically unless you have hundreds of millions to spend on your weapon, getting all 3 will not be cost effective for sure).

A 300 DPS offhand with good stats will be much better than an equally priced 800+ DPS offhand with less stats.

And i have a rule, "no piece of gear without str!" (except some badass rings). Your str is very low. It gives you and damage and armor (do not understimate armor)
