Ok here is the thing today i found a 2 hander that, when i equip it gives me 5,2 k more hp and 5,6 k more damage the trade off is i lose LOH.Posted in: Witch Doctor: The Mbwiru Eikura
This is my current gear
The 2 handed sword has:
+245 min damage
+288 max damage
+1,5% chanse to immobilize on hit
I have no idea how to link those things like i see them all over the forum so i just put all the stats here
So should i take the 2 hander with slower attacks and no loh or keep the 1 hander with faster attacks on almost 400 loh
Also are there skills that work better for a 2 hander than a 1 hander? For now i want to switch locus swarm for a skill that has more range (perhaps haunt?)
I am trying to get more crit gear, through farming since i never have more the 2 mil gold..
Any comments on the spec either one or 2 hand, or on my gear and weather or not to use 2 handers at all are welcome
Edit: hmm i just found out that the stats shown are only for mainhand, for my main hand alone it is an upgrade, but for my main hand and off hand together it is a damage downgrade of about 1,5k.
I would still like to know what if any skills are better with a 2hander and if a wd should even consider using a 2 hander!

In my opinion Corpse Bomb is good for that build as well. You can aim the skill anywhere on the screen and the AoE-damage happens instantly. With Zombie Bears you have to be in almost melee-range and Dire Bats are quite hard to aim (they do not fly straight). It also takes time for the bats to reach the target.
It costs a lot of mana, but in my opinion the benefits are worth it. Either way, it wouldn't hurt to try the bears/bats.
This is the reason i use corpse bomb, the cost might indeed be high but with the new vision quest i can cast it often enough and cast grasp of the dead in between as well.
I don't like spammy builds and this build does not feel spammy because you have to alternate skills.
the cleave from the humongoid might be good but with corps bomb and grasp of the dead i have plenty of aoe (i think)
i might try to switch out zombie handler with jungle fortitude and see how that works out. I will have to see how the loss of the 4th dog and the 20% less pet hp work out.
splinters is better imo aswell because of the extra targets it can hit with the 1st target dies.
Thank you for the responses
