Are you trolling or simply aren't old enough to remember that despite these claims Diablo 1 had its share of issues even after patches. Most significant was the infamous item duplication bug which pretty much killed battle.net games (where everyone was rocking messerschmidt's and other goodly duplicated gear) It pretty much broke the game if you chose to abuse it. And to my knowledge it was never patched.
While both blizzard and their games have grown bigger since that time they are still paying a lot of attention to the quality of their products. They are quick to fix bugs and open to discussion about aspects of the game that may need improving.
So get over yourself.
Edit: Sorry for the outburst. I realize you might have posted the screenshot just for sentiment value. All the recent blizzard-hate posts everywhere make me want to punch the internet
There was also not a RMAH back then, standards are higher than they have ever been, yet blizzard does not seem to realize that, or they do and just do not care.

It's very easy.
95% of people are happy with Diablo III and are in-game and playing.
5% of people are unhappy with Diablo III and are here at the forums and complaining.
When something works for you, you enjoy it. When it doesn't, you whine about it. That sums up the situation.
95% are happy? i am guessing 100% of your statistics are made up. Because that is not what is going on. Blizzard is letting a lot of glitches slip through their hands and it is ruining the game. I would say a good chuck of the fan base has quit and is waiting for the pvp patch or are just done for good.

Since blizzard already has game creation logs, it would be fairly safe to assume it is easy to track anyone who exploits this bug.
you would be surprised

There is no way u can get banned for such a massive exploit there is like 50% of d3 players doin it atm blizz should be crazy to ban such ammount of ppl from their game also there was tons of exploits done on streams since start of the game and no1 was banned for that so i think its impposible to get a ban for such a flaw in the game that blizz left just cuz too many ppl doin it .(also this exploit is makin ppl play the game again so blizz win )
This has not stopped them before
and 50% of the people are not... lets not make up facts =)
You are right, it is not 50%, it is every person that has a wizard
also not even close to true.
'most people' dont go to official forums/fan sites/reddit to know this stuff in the first place =P
edit: dont get me wrong, there are a bunch doing it, but nowhere near to the degree people are trying to say.. if they can track this (which may not even be possible) they very well might do a ban wave. that really does not stop them
Most people have a friend that will gloat about it. General chat, Trade chat, forums are not the only means of information.
