Well for starters, you didn't hit 99 in a day or a few hours tops. The MF was more apparent and fulfilling. Trading took time as well and even included some people skills, so you could in a way level up in that aspect. PvP and all the gameplay modes that brought with it. The list goes on, for every 1 thing Diablo 3 does right, Diablo 2 does 2-3 more ha.

Itll be interesting to see what prices on items are. It is bad enough seeing how over priced items in the gold AH is. Can't wait to see some people try and get $50+ on garbage gear haha. Wish there was a way to see who is selling the items, so I can msg them and tell them how retarded they are.

I did high level barbarian duels in USeast hardcore for years, so pretty much putting my money where my mouth is. If there was anyone around that even remotely did dueling on useast hardcore (high level) during 1.09, they'll know who my characters were. I was kind of a big deal.

That being said, enigma was just the tip of the iceberg. It allowed hammerdins to dominate dueling, along with synergies.

Right because WW away from Hammerdins was impossible. Zerk locking them was impossible. Ele druids totally got stomped by Hammerdins right? That is your best reason here? Your hacked and bugged ridden 1.09 HC dueling? Please try again, I can't wait to see what you got next ha.

Maybe you should learn a lesson from this. Don't pay before you get the goods. This sort of "scamming" is better for the game, it teaches retards to actually think a little.

Might be some truth to this currently. Items in Diablo 3 play a much larger part of surviving and doing damage then they did in Diablo 2. Someone who out gears you by a tier in D3 will have a huge advantage over you, but well see. People always suck at PvP anyway, I see kids who play SF day in day out for past years and they still haven't gotten any good ha.

I disagree. Played Diablo 2 day and night for years since release and wasn't bored of the game until years of playing. Diablo 3 was boring day 4-5 after I was already in inferno. There just isn't anything to do, the level cap is way to low and easy to hit. There is no PvP. The MF gets old and boring, I don't want to run around for half an hour killing normal monsters and hope that something will drop. I would rather run Mephisto runs in 2 minutes and KNOW that something will drop.

In D2 it was about the quick and convenience of stuff, I could log in the morning before work and do a few meph runs and come out with decent gear. In D3 I could log in and spend my whole morning and collect nothing.

Well doing a quick 1 second search on Newegg and Best Buy I found a ton of computers for 500-750 that would kill Diablo 3 and run most games at mid-high out of the box.

1200-1700 and you should be getting a computer to last next like 10 years easily. Spending that much on a computer rarely makes sense since all of the hardware is so outdated so fast.
