    Needs more defense I think.
    Swap ruthless and bloodthirst for nerves of steel and though as nails.
    I would also swap invigorate for impunity, other than that it looks pretty solid.

    Inferno switched to a different, more survival based build

    Looks a bit more balanced (and better) then the OPs build for sure. I will probably go for something similiar but might go with rend instead of HotA since I really liked rend in the beta

    Looks like a solid low level build if you ask me. Though I would take smash instead of rolling thunder seeing as you already have plenty of AoE

    You dont have any singetarget damage, devs have stated that it will be important in inferno so I would suggest getting atleast one good single target damage ability.

    Change "Death from above" to "Iron Impact", you will need the extra defense and stuns wont last long in inferno anyway.
    Change "Vengeance is mine" to "Provocation", its just better
    War Cry with impunity is a good choice and Im guessing it will be more or less mandatory in inferno
    I would probably swap wrath of the berserker for something else, perhaps Battle Rage with Marauders rage?

    Lastly I would swap all of the passives
    Inspering Presence wont help much against the insane damage, neither will juggernaut. Change them for better defensives that reduce damage taken.
    Ruthless is awsome for a crit build but Im pretty sure there is some other passive that will be better for damage in your build.

    To much focus on regen and not enough defense if you ask me.

    Triumph rune will be good if you play solo I think, in group play there is a chance you wont get the kills and therefore not the heals.
    Change "Vengeance is mine" to "Provocation" - More damage and more heals
    For War Cry the impunity rune is just to good to pass up if you ask me.

    I agree with some of the others, I think shields will be more or less mandatory until you get enough armor and resists from your other gear to survive.

    Correct me on that but I'm fairly certain armor doesn't scale too well. Meaning if 2,000 armor offers 20% reduction then 4,000 won't offer 40% but quite a bit less meaning it could make more sense to stack other stats instead.

    204 int should be equal to 6,37% resist, not 50%.
    To get to 50% resist from int alone you would need 3000 int.
    3000 armor would give you 50% damage reduction as well.

    I like the second build alot more then the first, I would probably just switch frenzy for cleave and hammer of the ancients for rend while killing regular mobs and switch back for the bosses.

    I dont really think you will need threating shout in normal difficulty and I would rather have a mobility skill like leap or furios charge instead of ancient spear.

    As some other people have already stated I think they are saving the shield skills for a new expansion class.

    My guess is that they will add a new strength based class which will use shields, a paladin-ish class perhaps?

    I was thinking about doing this as well though I am not 100% sure you get the same blue prints while leveling up your blacksmith or if that is random?

    If you do get the same blue prints then I would say it is probably a good idea.

    Critical hits have bonus effects in addition to increased damage based on damage type.
    A crit with cold damage will freeze targets for 2 secs.
    So my guess is that what you have been noticing is critical hits.

    Dont really like your build Im afraid.
    You dont have any "real" fury spender so you will be at max fury almost all the time, and if you are going to be at max all the time why arent you taking berserker rage as one of your passives?
