Why make a video now about stuff that has already been said and speculated on for the past 2 years?Posted in: Diablo III General Discussion
Yes, most ppl will be posting crap for 200 $ for the first weeks. And a small number of idiots might even spend that kind of cash for shit items. Point is 99% of the overpriced stuff will not sell.
As for buying power, that's just silly thinking.
I tend to think about it this way.. time is money (bet its not the first time you heard that)
If you have some extra time that your using to grind and farm items or gold, some one else might not have that kind of time available and in exchange has some extra money to spend.
I really cant see why some people are so damn upset about this.
The only thing i have against the RMAH is that its holding back PvP from ever becoming competitive in a real sense.
But considering the game, it would be almoast impossible to balance it out enough any way.
And in case your wondering, i wont be one of the persons buying stuff for real cash, considering the luck i had in drops so far i wont be selling much either.

Soul harvest gives you int only, and the siphon rune heals you. No extra health.Posted in: Witch Doctor: The Mbwiru Eikura
And yes, you will find dogs to be useless in late hell and above. I for one found them like that since normal.
Garg might work for you up to act 1 inferno, but even there it only buys you a few seconds. Best to start getting comfortable with more useful skills from now.
You dont have to worry about only having 2 "nukes" since in inferno you will most likely be using one single dps ability.
I've seen a lot of builds which surprisingly work. Most popular ones go around Dire Bats, Splinters or Zombie Bears.
You should really try to find your own build, something that works for you and suites your game play.
And don't get too attached to it. You will find yourself changing or tweaking it a lot.
Also dont be afraid to revisit skills that proved useless or less effective in the past, you will be surprised

Too early to tell for me. I did not expect the game to be perfect. I'm not even gonna get in to the stuff i like or dislike about the game.Posted in: Diablo III General Discussion
Changes definitely needed to be made, and it was obvious that not every one will be happy about some of them. After all its impossible to please every one 100%
All i know is i was playing diablo 2 up to a few months before d3 was released, just thinking about it makes me want to log back in and play some more. Maybe in some way that made me expect too much of d3.
By no means am i saying the game is bad, all that i'm saying is it's been close to 1 month now since release and im starting to want less and less to log back in. Inferno seems to get boring pretty fast weather you succeed in it or not.
I can say that at this moment only that keeps me playing is the time i spent waiting for it, the expectations that i had for it and ambition coming from the diablo franchise.
Maybe it has something to do with the social aspect which lacks a lot, no one can argue there. I dont know..
But then again, PvP is not out yet, changes are still coming, and maybe this is just a phase. Hope i will eventually find it to be a timeless jewel like its predecessor.
Or maybe i and others will just keep playing until we fool ourselves in to thinking it is.

I"ve info (from an not so secure source) that Blizz tested the skills and runes by creating level 60 character and giving him "dream gear" (best gear they wanted). They did not tested the whole process of farming obtaining gear with each build (this would take years of test). They just tested different skills and build using absolutly perfect gear.
In case this info is truth, the vast majority of builds in D3 are actually viable, but some are freakly gear dependent. So if you have rolls in all slots you can make anything work. I mean, if you play Act II with full lvl61 gear with high rolls of phys res, int, vit, armor and thorns affixes you might make it work.
Take this info as grant of salt through. It might be that some strategies in the game are undoable. I tend to believe this info cause with right gear i can use dogs on Act 2 (info through they are not execly tanking).
I remember a blizzard source saying the testers on inferno recieved RANDOMIZED gear and after that used drop gear. Giving them perfect gear wouldnt make any sense any way.
And at the moment pets DO NOT scale with gear, so idk exactly what kind of tests you did. Blizzard said they are considering making pets scale off vit, tho nothing certain yet.

Well no wonder your struggling, your all in blues. Invest some cash in your gear. You have the same DPS as my monk which just finished hell, and is not even 60 yet. One with every thing works great if you use double rezist items like all rez and + a rezistance that your stacking.Posted in: Monk: The Inner Sanctuary
Judging by your gear, with a few hundred k you could upgrade each piece of armor your using. Your surviv seems alright, but without the dmg output it dosent really matter.
