Your damage is over 100k, you could upgrade your belt, meself never had more than my monk's one, but i'd like to drop the shield and go dual-wield, but would have to make radical changes i guess. I have 70mill in the bank, don't want to spend it recklessly tho.

Hey guys,Posted in: Monk: The Inner Sanctuary
currently this is my gear: http://eu.battle.net...967/hero/554773
Would it make sense if I changed my main hand weapon to a WKL with 6%lighting damage, 21% more lighting damage 155dex, 44chd, and a socket, as I am currently bidding for one and is at 30mill. Considering it may go up to 50mill, would it be an upgrade, or a downgrade compared to the one I'm running now?
Edit: Okay, the one I was bidding for was sold for a higher price than I bid for, now I see ones with same stats as above one without the chd. Would my damage drop, or would stay the same, or would it be still more if I bought one?

Imo it just caters to the most fanatic players that want to have something "more", instead of taking content out of the game. Not that it affects your gameplay in any way.Posted in: Diablo III General Discussion

Wish I could tell how it plays in inferno already, but haven't played it yet Back to your points it's really hard to tell what's gonna happen when we get to inferno. It all comes down how skilled you are and familiar with your toon's abilites, and ofc what gear you're wearing.Quote from ScyldragonQuote from takacs86They introduced new type of monsters, like teleporters, wallers, vortexers, nigthmare in order to make ranged character's life much harder. So it won't be hard to get near to you and kill you very easily. Also monk and barb will start with an innate 30% dmg reduction.
Two good points that I hadn't considered. Still, do you think it's enough? I don't see either of those abilities as a threat to someone who has lots of slow/teleport/stun/kiting abilities, and 30% damage reduction against Inferno... hmmm...

Posted in: News & AnnouncementsQuote from RuppguQuote from takacs86What would be the point to progress through act 1 if they hadn't changed the old system? I mean I can farm act 1 all the time as the drop is the same as in act 4, so there is no need to play through it.
* The later acts are more interesting
Just to name a few reasons....
Act 3 and 4 might be so hard that you need to farm act 1 and 2 for several weeks, maybe months?, then you will have a chance in the later acts.
