posted a message on Blizzard limiting Itemization
    just a quick thing,

this is crap - when trying to equip another Bul-kathos ring i get a message saying "you may not equip more then one of these items"

SERIOUSLY WHAT THE F**K.... not only has blizzard nerfed the living crap out of the though process of gearing your toon but, now their also telling me what i can equip. before long theres going to be limitations of item combonations that make players "OP". stupid crap... let me put on what i want and let me play the way i want...

posted a message on A Few Thoughts - Constructive Feedback
Let me start by saying I myself am not a big fan of Diablo 3. That said, I also realize that there was a lot of time and effort that went into the making of this game and for that I thank the everyone who helped make it reality. I understand that these are my thoughts and I do not expect nor demand, Blizzard make the changes i may outline or like to see. I just want to give something that they might improve upon

Now the way I see it, the baby has been born, the egg has hatched, and the game is out. So, there is no reason to gripe and complain about how it should have been this or should have been that. But, what we can do as a community is help to fix the problems we see to make a more enjoyable game. with that said I have made a few observations of my own and would like to add my two cents.

(Note: It is almost impossible to make a comparison without referencing Diablo 2 or Diablo 1. If you do not like this, I am sorry)

    1) Chat Trading

Now, the major problem i see with the current trade system is the ease of use. I’m not referring to the AH. I mean person to person trading. The primary mean by which to trade is by posting what you have in chat and waiting for "bites" then setting up the conditions of the trade. Now, with the chat window being so small, it can be quite difficult to see what is for sale because the trades are flying by a little too quickly for me to see and check each item that might strike my interest. this can be fixed by simply making a larger chat window, like in Diablo 2's online Hud (loved that chat window).

    2) Trading in Game

This was an issue in Diablo 2, where "Scammers" would try the ol' hot swap when trading a high dollar item in an attempt to scam a player out of their gold. I would really like to see this fixed because i like trading face to face and i don’t like the argument of "you click first, No, you do it". This can be fixed by (as just in diablo 2) applying a delay when an item is removed from trade that won’t allow either player to accept until the delay has passed. Hopefully allowing both players enough time to review the trade once more and accept with confidence that their not being swindled.

    3) Stat System

Now for a bigger issue then the previous two. There is a core issue that i have identified and im not sure it it was intended but I’ll just address my concerns.

by providing each class their own stat that increases their damage and making their DPS reliant on their weapon. You have effectively destroyed customization by making it too easy and making the items use be based soley on witht he primary stat is.this is what i mean: It seems to me that every item is good for every class and the base defining factor is weather the item has either dex, str, or int. so what I have noticed that if you’re a DPS toon (regardless the class) what you want is crit damage, crit chance, attack speed, and a high dps weapon (you might want other things but you don’t NEED them for dps, that’s survivability) the only really defining stat to any of this is if the item has you classes attribute. that means that there really isn't that much thought going into my customization. really what it comes down to, is just what i can afford and an "upgrade" is simply a item with the same stats the more of it. a fix to this just come up with a way to make each class have its own individual items stats to make their toons feel more unique to their class. I don’t really have a good way to do that but, thats why you are the game devs, fixing issues (or improving them) the community has identified. i understand that this in itself is a core system in the game and any change made to this can really really change the game. so, just think really really hard. we believe in you.

Crap, ran out of time....... time to leave.

i hope a blue might comment on this just to let me know they read it but if not. i would love some community feedback on what i have said. please don’t be rude, im not a fan boy or a hater, I just want a fun game to play.

I have faith this game can still be the Diablo we all want it to be, as long as we stop complaining (and trust me this was going to be a rage post). It is an excellent game… it just could be better.
