There's a different section called Looking for Players dedicated to what you said.

Here's my link for my group: http://www.diablofans.com/topic/41781-us-softcore-need-1-more-monkwizard-asap/

let me know if your interested, otherwise you can browse the other topics

    Sure sounds good. I will probably be a barbarian, but I can add both of you. I just didn't want to post there because I know many people will be busy tonight (I might as well), but I wanted to just make a few friends if we cant group! :}

posted a message on North America Parties in a few hours!!
I want to just discuss partying up with a few people who maybe want to form a future group in a few hours.

I will be on the North American server and I will be playing for 10+ hours straight. If anyone will be doing the same let me know! We can exchange battletags. I also have voice chat and would like to meet a few people who have the same.

Anyone on here interested in partying/becoming in game friends in a few hours? I've been in closed beta so I know a lot already.

posted a message on Best headsets for D3.
Just wondering what the best headsets for D3 would be. I found a sweet steelseries siberia V2 for only $40. Any opinions on this or better headsets for around the price range? Thanks!

Agreed. Similarly to Diablo 2, if you just put skills into the "cool" skills, you end up with a terrible character that can't kill anything past Normal. Since synergies are gone, I've been looking at stacking effects (i.e. Demon Hunter could stack snare/paralyze). Looking forward to actually testing my builds out!

Same here. That is partially why I came to this forum. Nobody seemed to actually be good enough or knowledgeable about stuff on the official forums, sad as it is. Hopefully I will find some good PvP and PvE friends here!

posted a message on The best weapons in the game?
I know there are some legendary weapons that seem like they are the best in the game.

Do you think they will remain the best when other weapons have boosts from passive and active skills like the monk's dodge bonus from dual wielding? Do you think that aspects of weapons like the +6 random attributes for each dual wielded weapon may outweigh the benefit of legendaries as well? I can sure see it doing so if there are crit bonuses as one of the +6 boosts!

Yes. I used the word "hodgepodge." It is a silly word for a silly concept.

I see many people posting many builds, especially during my time of roaming the official forums. Most builds are simply, incorrect. People just seem to be throwing their favorite skills for their favorite character together.

Nothing wrong with this. Sure I would love to be a Demon Hunter, but I can most realistically do better bashing a Demon Hunter's face in with a monk. And I am sure that there will be demon hunters who can easily shoot an arrow in my monk's face nonstop. My point being, for PvP too many players just seem to playing a character because it is "cool" and not because its their PvP play style - not the character they play best with or will get to know the best.

Players are going for a "cool" character and picking out "cool" skills. This just won't work in PvP. You need a build to counter everything on one character, just like StarCraft 2. I mean, you can use a cool character, just be good with it. Know the builds - know the strategies.

As we should all know there shouldn't be a "one build fits all" scenario. It is not the intention of the game.

posted a message on Forums seem awesome!
    Hey guys,

I am new here and this is my first post. I have been following the game nonstop, however I decided to leave the official forums today.

It was always a plan to leave, but a moderator seriously abused his powers on the official website. He kept deleting my posts then banned me when I asked why. The thread I made was about Jay Wilson's twitter post, which I will discuss with you guys as well. He made a funny post about the D3 release.

But anyway, I got a temporary ban and I decided to leave. Hello to all of you now!

And although I have the name of troll I am the opposite. Just did it for giggles :P

    BTW:

I have beta access and I have probably made over 1,000 posts on the official forums so feel free to let me know if you want to know anything. I also have pro video editing software if the forums would like some media! Please feel free to give me any forum-related advice because I am new to the site, not the game.
