I'm more mad at the fact I didn't get a beta invite. But now they reward the people who did, and continue to spit on the people who didn't get an invite. It has nothing to do with the feat of str.

I love these announcements. It's so entertaining to watch a bunch of kids cry over something they consider important.

Since it took them 500 years to develop it, the older players have since gone on to other things, grown out of gaming, have other responsibilities etc.

correct, in the original blog post, they said there will be a grace period (after all the classes have had their one week) where you can unlock any of the sigils we missed =)

Now I have a WoW account... which I haven't touched in over a year and StarCraft II assigned to my battlenet account, but no active subscriptions. I have opted in for D3.

I can never understand how people listen to other music while playing a game like this.

The music creates atmosphere which adds to the game as a whole... while you're listening to your <insert band/dj/etc> you aren't immersed in the game.

A game like Diablo III will have an amazing sound track so I doubt I'll be listening to anything other than the in-game music for as long as I play it.

Even now... the strumming of the guitar/lute or whatever it is in D2 still sounds great.
