    I know the obvious answer is there is less life regeneration without trag’oul set but it still seems very manageable as I play.


    Seems with the blood lance rune the corpse lance fires off 4 spears per launch. 2 per the pestilence buff and 2 per the blood lance buff.


    Am I missing something?
