It is not my only one, but sadly it is my best one, even with the low 165%..lol According to d3planner when I compare doing the base damage boost vs 2 extra discipline it seems to give me more damage overall.. which is why I am confused when everyone tells me to do discipline.

The 3 considerations I have are:
Vit to ias
10 discipline to 12 discipline
lightning damage to higher damage amount.
