I am on torment 9 at moment and I can buy the 2 million version. The vid I watched of someone buying it they got it from the bottom tab (under gem tab) it has the blacksmith anvil icon thingy. That is greyed out for me and cannot open it.

the game is a new copy and I have not played through entire quest line (as have done it on pic many times a few years ago)

Yeah got 150 million, I really have no idea. Have also joined other people's games and still not available

Yes my blacksmith and jeweller are both lvl12

Hello, first post here but been lurking for a long time ! I can't figure this out !

I just bought the ultimate evil edition and necromancer pack for PS4
I used to play on pc so i jumped right into seasons doing rifts and some questing, bounties ect. I farmed the mats for hellfire ring and went to buy plan but the only option is the old 2 million ring. The blacksmith icon at the bottom tab on squirt where you buy the 5 million version is greyed out for me. I can buy the gem essences, writs bell ect .
Do I need to play through the entire quest line to be able to purchase it ?
I started a non seasonal character and ran campaign up until act 2 but still cannot buy.
Any ideas ?
